Dear, causes of legs pain are: * due to muscular pain of leg muscles * due to excessive running or walking, long standing work * weakness or lack of nutrition in body * dehydration * due to varicose veins * due to diabetes to get relief from legs pain: * take your meal properly. Eat a bowl of cereal in afternoon. Eat a fruit daily. * drink a glass of milk, add one teaspoon of bornvita or maltova powder in it. * do massage your leg and calf muscles with mustard oil daily for 5 minutes. * take proper rest and avoid excessive running and jogging. * avoid drinking alcohol and smoking completely. * drink 6 to 8 glass of water daily. * check your blood sugar and blood pressure level. * eat a multivitamin capsules daily for 7 days.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg, then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (saripa, sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in india give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non vegetarian foods some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: the nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Its good that you recognise your problem. This is the first step in getting a solution. First of all, accept the fact that worrying about something doesn't solve any problem, rather it increases it. Secondly you have to accept that a problem exsists. A problem that needs solution. Till you accept it with your heart, you will not get a way to solve it. If I know a disease exsisits, only then you take medicine to cure it. So don't deny the fact that there are problems which will not be solved unless you accept them. Next start meditating daily. It will be tough in the beginning to meditate, but you need to persist. Sit at a calm place when there is no noise, switch off the phone, and sit erect in a comfortable place. Concentrate only on your breathing. Its coming and going. Feel that each breath that you release out is releasing your worries, your negative thoughtsthoughts for 15-20 min and slowly increase the time. Don't let any thought come in mind that time. Only focus on breathing. Start doing some exercise daily at least 25-30 min. It helps relieve stress. Do pranayam daily for 20 min. It will help you stay calm and positive. Watch comedy movies and read good books, laugh unnecessarily daily. You will have to help yourself first.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Your knee pain could be due to certain reasons but common ones are chondromalacia, pain due to knee instability, inflammation etc. If there is no history of any injury, and no s/s of inflammation or infection like swelling, skin redness or local warmth on touching, then I will like to advise you for conservative management initially in form of: - intensive physical therapy with focus on strengthening of quadriceps and stretching of other group of muscles - gentle anti inflammatory medications like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol can be taken in small doses for 5-7 days - adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation as per requirement - ice packs at home for 3-4 times in a day and see how it goes for around 2 weeks time. If your condition does not improve, then we will have to get certain investigations done. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. no need to UN-necessary of drinking water when you feel thrust then only drink water and some more thing about drinking water 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late nght sleep

I am 23 of age, male. Height 5.8. Weight 50. I have skinny body for almost last 4-5 years. I have normal diet but I hardly feel hungry all the day now I don't even have the diet that I used to have in my school time, 5 years back. I din't even smoke or drink ever. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hye. There is no problem in having green tea in the morning. But also remember replacing your breakfast or early morning snack with tea is not a good idea. At times the body needs actual nutrition on waking get up and just having green tea can affect energy levels. So, have your tea but do have a snack or breakfast within half an hour of it.

1. Move. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. 2. Avoid all sugar and ‘hidden’ sugars like high-fructose corn syrup. 3. Keep your immune system in great health. 4. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. 5. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent 6. Do stretching exercises daily.

Gaining weight can be achieved by good diet. Have a good diet with more rice and chapaties. Have abundant fruits and green vegetables to bring back the glow. Have a glass of milk daily before going to sleep and not in morning. Do not need to discontinue the excercise and the dark circles and skinny look is temporary and will vanish as body balances to knew shcedule. Diet plays a important role. Do more weight lifting excercises to gain muscle mass.
