For beard take euclyptus oil+ onion juice+ amla juice equally mixed and after washing face apply this mixture. Keep for two hrs. Vit a, b, c, e and proteins should be abundant in diet. Report every fortnight for next step. No need for artificial protein powder and biotin.

Hi, Take hot water fomentation once the swelling reduces, give ice pack to reduce swelling at the moment and that should help. It's a form of viral arthritis where patients suffer with joint pains. To some extent analgesics are helpful but advice not to go for it since the joint pain remains for a longer time after the fever.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x twice daily. Bhujang Asana x twice daily. Back Stretching. Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting. Quadriceps Exercises. Hams Stretching. Sports Taping. Hot Fomentation.

Yes Manisha you are right..so take healthy diet like high fibre diet which remove toxic agent from your body..drink plenty of water..maximum intake of fruit juices and green tea..include green vegetables and citrus fruit in your diet..take good sound sleep..avoid fatty refined food..always try to be happy...

Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep.

For 3 days take: 1 spoon papaya seed juice + 2 spoon lemon juice ( keep the fresh seeds from papaya in a sieve and press them with spoon. collect the juice, mix with fresh lemon juice) . Consume this as first thing in the morning. After that take Organic India's LKC . for 1 month. Avoid: Fried fatty foods, Bakery food , refund flour ( maida) , tamarind, dry mango powder Can have any fruit or vegetable ( except: Apple, pomegranate, pears and gobhi family ) They are safe in fatty liver.

I am an employee. While in lunch time, I am taking lunch in can notene but I do not want to eat in can notene eat and also, I can not prepare it even at home. Please, suggest me the foods that replaces rice and even more nutritious than rice like oats or salads. I will take them to office and eat at lunch time. You can prepare masala oats and mix some vegetables in that for lunch. If you want to increase weight than eating brown rice in lunch will help you increase weight, so do not stop eating rice. Also take cottage cheese, buttermilk and seeds in lunch.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

This is a myth. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Dear Lybrate user, There are so many reasons of swollen legs or swollen feet like kidney problem, oedema, diabetes. Let me know more details. You may take Contrast Hydrotherapy. This type of hydrotherapy, which includes both cold and warm water, is highly effective for reducing swelling in your feet. While the warm water helps improve circulation, cold water helps reduce swelling and inflammation. Fill 2 foot tubs– one with cold water and the other with warm water. Soak your feet in the warm water for about 3 to 4 minutes. Immediately put your feet in the cold water for about 1 minute. Continue alternating for 15 to 20 minutes. Repeat a few times daily until you get relief. Also do massage with any oil.
