Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hello. Honey-lime juice water is highly beneficial in the treatment of obesity without the lose of energy and appetite. Firstly your hormonal treatment should be perfect and for that you keep on doing regular consultations and check-ups with your doctor, better, an endocrinologist or a physician with good knowledge of endocrinology. Secondly, you have to perform exercises regularly and may join a gym or better you start playing badminton or table tennis or lawn tennis, which involves exercise, recreation and sport’s talent and creates interest in you while pure exercises are boring. You may also do dancing and swimming. These are also good exercises as well as recreation. Thirdly, diet control or taking balanced diet. Reduce carbohydrates. So, avoid rice, potato and ghuiyan (colocasia). Also reduce wheat. In place take besan’s (gram flour) chapaati. Increase pulses containing proteins. Soyabeen has good amount of proteins. Use soya badi or soya paneer. Use skimmed milk or skimmed milk products. Also avoid meat or fish containing fat and high calories. Prawn are low fat high protein diet. Also decrease overall intake of food. Take lot of salad like cucumber, tomato etc to quench your hunger. Take plenty of low fat green vegetable dishes like loki, tori, shaljam, paalak, mooli, shimla mirch. Also use green tea. Take plenty of water frequently. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day.
