Well, that's easy - take these diet ideas and lose weight effortlessly even as you eat healthy!

  • Shop Right: Get nutrition right by first of all shopping right. When you fill your kitchen and pantry with healthy food, remember that good food choices will automatically follow you. So, ditch the packaged food and go for fresh ingredients that can help you cook up a storm even as you get aromatic and rich homemade flavours, right on your table. And remember there is nothing better than the satisfaction of a home cooked meal at the end of the day. Throw in some organic grains, put out the brown bread, and get yourself some fresh tasting ingredients to make a pasta sauce from scratch or prepare a salad dressing in a matter of minutes.
  • Smaller Crockery: Are you guilty of overeating? The real culprit might just be your crockery - or rather, its size. Try taking on smaller portions with smaller bowls and plates. This will ensure that you take smaller heapfuls by default, and before you know it, your stomach will be full!
  • Smaller Meals, Bigger Effect: You may have heard this being said many times, but it is true. The trick is to pace your metabolism and throw small quantities at it, so that it is easier to break the food down faster. You can have one whole egg daily. It will not interfere with your weight loss regimen provided you follow a planned chart & exercise regimen. Yolk contains all micronutrients along with 1/2 protein of egg while white has only protein.

To reduce belly fat avoid sugar, sweetened juice. Avoid fast foods. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Eat small amount of foods but do not skip meals. Use extra protein foods to reduce fat. Use lukewarm water after meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Do regular exercise. These are basic but for more details about foods consult me privately on lybrate.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

Hi, you should follow the under noted tips: go for pranayama, meditation to strengthen your lungs to retain plenty of oxygen to ease your problem. Your diet be easily digestible, simple, non- irritant to avoid gastric disorder which may b one of d main reasons of breathing disorder. Drink lukewarm water. Inhale, steam twice. Avoid dust, smoke, caffiene, junk food, cold intake and exposure to cold. Homoeo medicine: @ blatta orientq- 10 drops, thrice with 1/4 cup of lukewarm water. Take care.

You must be doing the typical diet >> Hungry during day >> Overeating at Night. You need to change this routine. Eat one fruit / fruit salad / veg salad one hour before every meal. Drink lots of water. Don't stay hungry in morning or evening. Don't try to control. Just try to eat low cal food throughout the day and you will be fit and fine.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

The only way to lose wieght by nonsurgical methods is by dieting and exercise. Inspite of this you weight is high with bmi of more than 33, you would need surgery for long term weight loss. I suggest you see a dietician first, join gym and then see a bariatric physician or surgeon.

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

To loose wt, you need to folllow proper diet chart. Under dietician guidance. Like avoiding carbohydrates intake, taking more protein related food, like dal, millets, sprouts, more fruits, dry fruits, 4-5 litres of water followed by regular exercises. It could be in form of yoga, sports, walking, jogging, gym, whatever it could be, but regular& under instructions of related instructer. As you want to get reduced the fat over certain parts specifically. Like belly. So, spcfc exercises will help. With guidence of instructers/experts.
