Thought it's totally personal comfort and choice of an individual, yet laynig down laterally on the left side is best indicated in ayurveda principles. Food in stomach digests best when layng left lateral as well as cardiac activities supposed to be supported in this position. More so when laying after eating food. However, alternative and opposite positioning is required to be intervened with in one sleeping session.

1. Drink plenty of water with ors, 2. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required up to a maximum of three tablets a day after food for headache 3. Take one tablet of norflox tz twice daily 4. Have bland diet like rice/khichdy with curd/butter milk, avoid oily/spicy/fried food.

1. Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with karvol plus inhalant capsule. 2. Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily 3. Take one tablet of sinarest 2-3 times daily after food 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take rest 6. If no relief, consult me for further advice.

Please Circumcision is advised in very tight foreskin, pin hole urethra meatus etc Can try for. Put some coconut oil drops below penile skin and do forward and backward movements of penile skin slowly avoiding masturbation Do it for 3 months It will be free If not relived Consult nearby surgeon in person.

Stop taking temporary tablet for erection and increase your self confidence and take support from your wife in foreplay and also start with Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Dear lybrateuser, -yes you have to take precaution in your dietary habits & do regular exercise as you have a familial history of heart disease -your diet should consist mainly of fibre containing foods, fruits & vegetables including green leafy vegetables, beans, sprouts, whole grains like wholewheat bread/chapatti, brown rice, corn, have low fat milk & milk products, non-veg, fish, chicken, have a handful of mixed nuts- almonds, walnuts, pistachio, peanuts, use olive, canola or safflower oils for cooking -do regular exercises like jogging, cycling, swimming, outdoor games for 20-30 min on most days, also do moderate weight lifting on alternate days, -do meditation & yoga to reduce stress -sleep for at least 7-8 hrs in the night, keep sleep & wake up time fixed -get regular check up of bp, blood sugar, cholesterol, ecg done to detect any problem if it is there & cure it -lead a healthy, stress free lifestyle to prevent disease.

How to change the biological cycle? Exams are nearing but I am not able to control sleep! Pls help me out!
Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time Go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every Night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background 'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Sir I am suffering from fever I am iam used lot of medicins but no use please solve my problem.
In case of fever * take full rest & do not do any work at all. *drink only luke warm water all the day. * cover your whole body so that it cause sweating and lower down fever fast. *do not take any antibiotic without consulting physician. * take 5 leaves of tulsi and small piece of ginger. Crush them & boil in a glass of waterfor 2-3 minutes. Drink it twice a day to treat the fever. * if the fever do not lower down after taking crocin, then put the cloth/ bandage soaked in tap water and put on forehead and change it after 2-3 minutes. Do that until the temprature lower down. Do not use ice cold water for this. *eat only light and easy digested food only. Avoid fried foods, meat, eggs, cheese. *if the fever do not lower down even after 3 days, then go to nearest hospital and test the blood for malaria, typhoid, dengue and viral fever only under the guidance of doctor. Avoid from sudden change in temperature. Do not stay in air condition, wear full sleeve clothes and cover your body on rest.

Causes of lack of sleep are : • stress • Anxiety • Depression • Pain • irregular schedule of sleep such as sleeping during day time & working during nights. • Caffeine , alcohol • Due to drugs • Due to high blood pressure . • Aging Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration ,irritability, fatigue & digestion problem.. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep : • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep .You can also do foot massage daily it destress you . • Do not take stress . Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant ,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night . Do not think during sleep and avoid use of laptop during night . Do exercise and long walk daily . • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily . Psoriasis is manageable, the traditional approach is to start with the mildest treatments topical creams and ultraviolet light therapy (phototherapy) and then progress to stronger ones only if necessary. The goal is to find the most effective way to slow cell turnover with the fewest possible side effects coupled with a dietary therapy specially designed to manage psoriasis. Researchers found several studies linking obesity to an increased risk for psoriatic disease. These studies indicate that a higher body mass index (bmi) is associated with an elevated risk for developing psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, as well as increased disease severity. Obesity may provide the nudge that triggers psoriasis in people who are already predisposed to it, researchers also found that in overweight individuals, losing weight may improve the effectiveness of treatments. So if you lose weight, you may be reducing fuel for the fire. You can apply these home remedies for relief: • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi. • Doing gargles with lukewarm water it will reduce your pain.

Dear lybrate user. Anal sex has nothing to do virginity. The common concept of loosing virginity is the break of a thin membrane within the vagina called hymn. This hymn can break due to many natural factors like cycling, swimming, skipping etc. Anal sex cannot be a direct reason for breaking hymn. Take care.

Dear lybrateuser, -Though there is no fixed timing, preferably you can drink water 30 min before & after meals as drinking during meals can dilute the stomach acids which can hinder proper digestion.

Hell lybrate user- this might be due to following reasons so try to avoid them- a) sleeping in day time. B) going to bed late (generally after 10 pm). C) lack of hair oiling. D) excessive intake of spicy and fried diet and less intake of sweets. Avoid these reasons and use mahabhringraj hair oil for head massage daily before going to bed, you will get relief quickly.

My mother is 51 years old, and over the past one year, she has been having cough problems. This seems to happen every two days (sometimes before food, sometimes after). On some of these occasions it is just cough, but on others it leads her to throw up (not necessarily food, sometimes only phlegm). One of the previous doctors she had consulted, recommended she take an endoscopy of esophagus, but she is not comfortable with that. Do these symptoms have anything to do with menopause? is there an alternative to endoscopy? if endoscopy is a must, can it be done with anesthesia? kindly advice. Someone I know from work has consulted with you for their mother who had similar symptoms, hence seeking your guidance.

Hi . These symptoms don't appear to be related to menopause. It sounds like she has acid reflux disease or laryngopharyngeal reflux disease. There is a simple way to rule this out. Give her an antacid like tab sompraz 40 mg or tab neksium 40 mg empty stomach once in the morning for a week. If her symptoms improve for 2-3 days with over 50% recovery then the diagnosis is likely and she can continue the medications for 3 weeks. If there is no change in her condition then she is recommended to undergo an endoscopy which can be performed under anesthesia if requested to the gastroenterologist.
