I am 25 yrs, male, I am having shoulder pain in the collar bone (left side only near throat) for last 5-6 months. I did x-ray and nothing is there in the report and I eat diclofenac also. It reduces pain but its not permanent solution. I did blood test for sugar, diabetes some arthritis also I forgot. Everything was normal. Mainly the pain is severe when the weather is cold i.e if it rains or cold breeze. I have tried with hot fermentation also and I have undergone physiotherapy for 1 week it reduced the pain but as I said its not permanent.
