1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5.Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6.Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7.You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8.You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9.Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10.Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hii Mam, For the weight loss you need to restrict the carbohydrate rich foods in your diet. Take high protein and high fat diet. the carbohydrate intake should be less than 50 grams per day to manage the weight. Include more vegetables and protein rich foods like paneer, soyabean,chicken,eggs and you can have dry fruits also in your diet. Try to take NutroActive Lipolyzer Tummy tablets. This Supplement helps to decrease your upper body fat.

If the side effects of the medications of anxiety and depression could make symptoms even worse then why should one consume these medications? I have done my research and came to know that these medications could even shorten life span by 20 years and even shrink the brain, it could also become impossible to come out of these drugs which could lead to suiciducal thoughts and worsen the symptoms even further. So why should a person consume such medications?

Dear Dhariya, Not all the side effect comes in every person who takes it. Even if 5% experience side effect, it needs to be reported in allopathy medicines. Not all anxiety and depression drugs cause the same side effect. Some side effects like sedation or weight loss are welcome by certain group of patients. Certain side effects come ony on higher dosage. Only few benzodiazepine group of anxiety drugs find it difficult to come out of the drugs. Suicidal thoughts come only at certain age group. Life span reduction and shrinkage of brain happens again in certain age group with many medical illnesses are also there. Your research should cover randomised controlled studies done on all the drugs before they are released in the market.

Sir, Please take Dr. Reckeweg's R - 89 / 10 drops in little water thrice a day for one month and it has to apply on the scalp by this medicine also. Take 15 -20drops on cotton and apply on the affected area twice a day for one month. Revert back after one month with feedback.

Obesity may cause constipation & weakness. For constipation take high fiber diet, drink lots of water, avoid fried items & junk food and more important reduce your weight.

Exercises:- 1) Skipping at least 10 min 2) Pull ups 3) tadasan, stretching & suryanamaskar in yoga 4) Hold horizontal iron bar which is 2 feet from your height & let the body hang for as long as possible to hold on. This will stretch spinal muscles as well back bone which will help in increasing height. need ayurvedic Medicines . its difficult to increase height after 21 yrs of age

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg, then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories.------------ 2. Eat custard apple (saripa, sitaphal) to put on some muscular weight. This fruit is high in calorie.------------------ 3. Healthy fats: avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in india give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola).------------ 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious --------------------- 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight and muscles. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates.--------------------------- 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories.---------------------------- 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty.------------------------ don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles----------------------------
