Do regular exercise in the morning or evening.Do swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,plank,yoga.Drink lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach.Eat small amount food.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,sugar,sweetened juice,soft soft drinks,cola beverages.Eat more protein like fish,egg white,lean meat,lentil,peas,peanut,mushroom,tofu,cottage cheese.Use small amount of healthy fat in cooking.Drink lukewarm water after meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take proper rest.

Lifestyle changes to stop snoring Lose weight. If you’re overweight, dropping even a few pounds can reduce fatty tissue in the back of the throat and decrease or even stop snoring. Exercise can also help to stop snoring. As well aiding weight loss, exercising your arms, legs, and abs, for example, also leads to toning the muscles in your throat, which in turn can lead to less snoring. There are also specific exercises you can do to strengthen the muscles in your throat (see below). Quit smoking. Quitting is easier said than done, but smoking irritates the membranes in the nose and throat which can block the airways and cause snoring. Get help with quitting here. Avoid alcohol, sleeping pills, and sedatives because they relax the muscles in the throat and interfere with breathing. Talk to your doctor about any prescription medications you’re taking, as some encourage a deeper level of sleep which can make snoring worse. Establish regular sleep patterns. Create a healthy bedtime ritual with your partner and stick to it. Hitting the sack in a routine way together can help you sleep better and often minimize snoring. Bedtime remedies to help you stop snoring Clear nasal passages. If you have a stuffy nose, rinse sinuses with saline before bed. Using a Neti pot, nasal decongestant, or nasal strips can also help you breathe more easily while sleeping. If you have allergies, reduce dust mites and pet dander in your bedroom or use an allergy medication. Keep bedroom air moist. Dry air can irritate membranes in the nose and throat, so if swollen nasal tissues are the problem, a humidifier may help. Change your sleeping position. Elevating your head four inches may ease breathing and encourage your tongue and jaw to move forward. There are specially designed pillows available to help prevent snoring by making sure your neck muscles are not crimped. Sleep on your side instead of your back. Try attaching a tennis ball to the back of a pajama top or T-shirt. (You can sew a sock to the back of your top then put a tennis ball inside.) If you roll over onto your back, the discomfort of the tennis ball will cause you to turn back onto your side. Alternatively, wedge a pillow stuffed with tennis balls behind your back. After a while, sleeping on your side will become a habit and you can dispense with the tennis balls. Try an anti-snoring mouth appliance. These devices often resemble an athlete’s mouth guard and help open your airway by bringing your lower jaw and/or your tongue forward during sleep. Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Sir Am I performance phobia every time in bed I get this feeling whether I ll be able to perform or not .I don't get strong erection and urge for sex. I used silalnifil tab .which some don't give strong erection Sometime I ejaculate very quickly like 1 min after penetration and sometime it takes very long and don't even come this happen during second time when m doing .Now I have fear that I ll able to perform with medicine. Although I am very physically active as I am in defence. So it like my sex life is getting ruin. I am single my sex life started very late ,at the age of 32 .Which is also not very regular as my partner stay and works in different city. Initially I didn't use my medicine but there was on bad experience where is did get any erection and from there I got very fearful and starred using sildenafil capsules. Sir please suggest some thing what is it that am going through and will I get addicted to these medicine. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. Eat healthy n light food .. Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... Walk 1km daily in evening... Follow up after a week.

Take a balanced diet. 1. A balanced diet is one which contains 45% of carbohydrate, 30% of protein, 25% of fat, essential vitamins and mineral in proper proportion for maintaining health 2. The balanced diet includes fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grain (brown rice/whole wheat pasta, lean protein (chicken/fish), nut, bean like lentil/pea/almond/walnut/sun flower seed/soy bean, fat free cheese/milk/yogurt, low fat oil like olive oil. Avoid saturated fat/cholesterol/sugar/salt/ refined grain/ alcohol. Average person needs 2000 calories daily to maintain health. 3. An active person needs about 3000 calories per day. 4. Limit food which are high in calories like bacon/sausage, cake, cheese, cookies, doughnuts, energy drink, pizza, ice cream.

No details of Gastric problem. Presuming it is acidity Regular. timely simple food. Not spicy or fried items. No tobacco and alcohol. Relaxing tehniques and life style changes. Any anti acidity medication prescribed by your doctor to be taken for about 4 weeks. If no relief, see Consulting Physician or Gastro enterologist for clinical examination, investigations as necessary, diagnosis and advice. To reduce unwanted fat aim at 70 Kg Maximum. Women over the age of 25 gradually begin to reduce the muscle mass and fat or adipose deposition happens at almost 5 times the pace. There is also the collagen reduction that happens alongside. All these put together give the flab, which is a point of embarrassment for women. Thighs, stomach, below the butt are common areas and could require changing your wardrobe. However, given that almost 93% of the women have cellulite, a lot of been done to identify ways this. From topical chemicals to medications to surgery, there are various options.

If that sounds comforting, don't. Cellulite is not something that can be cured and will stay forever. It requires a lot of dedication and lifestyle changes to sustain the lost fat, which is the most important phase. Also, cellulite is transmitted genetically, and if you have a propensity for it, the chances of relapse are equally high. Listed below are some ways to manage cellulite.

1. Dietary changes: reduce salt, salty foods swell up the fat cells, making the cellulite more prominent. Adding a lot of fiber and whole grains cleanses the intestines of toxins and reduces the amount of fat.

2. Exercise regularly: any physical exercise, be it walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming, that you enjoy is completely welcome. All these help burn fat and reduce cellulite. There are also specific exercises aimed at working the glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, hip flexors and abductors - one-legged lunges, squat and side lifts, v-leg pulls, etc.

3. Massage: there are special massage bars with multiple notches on it, which helps stimulate fat and improve fluid circulation. Cellulite also has lymphatic drainage and a high chance of infection. Massage also improves lymphatic drainage, thereby reducing the chances of infection.

4. Exfoliating: body scrubs, especially around the area of maximum collection, also help reduce fat deposits. Scrubs containing coffee are particularly helpful, as it improves lymphatic drainage and caffeine tightens skin. There are also do-it-yourself kits available that claim to reduce cellulite. A word of caution here, use under medical supervision.

5. Body serum and body contour creams: these contain a combination of caffeine and antioxidants along with some active ingredients that are proven to mobilize fat deposits. Again, better to get medical opinion before use.

6. Cellulite blasting technology: there are ways to mobilize cellulite by applying shockwaves to the area of cellulite and dissolve the fat. It is proven to be safe and is fda approved.

Studies are also underway to test a drug that will dissolve the collagen in the skin, thereby reducing cellulite. This is yet to be proven and once done may become hugely popular as cellulite is a universal problem with women.

For fair skin: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week.. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.
