Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages

Dear lybrate-user, you need to consume 4.5 litres of fluid per day. For every 20 kg body weight 1 litre of fluid intake is necessary per day. Since you are 88 kgs weight, roughly you require 4.5 litres per day. Stay healthy.

Lybrate-user, follow these tips: food: add lot of fiber in your food (vegetables, fruits, salads. Avoid oil & sugar. No bakery food, cold drinks. Reduce carbohydrate intake. Increase protein by including legumes, fat free milk & milk products. Exercise: ad crunches, sit ups, walking, jogging are good exercises to lose belly fat. Rest: sleep for 6-7 hours in a day & learn meditation.

M doing gyming for d last 1 n half years bt effect on my body is very rare I loose weight at d same my fat decreases n converted into muscle d process is very very slow. Hello, * Discontinue Gym for d time being. * Take, plenty of water. * Take, proteinos diet. * Easily digestible diet, * go for meditation in stead of Gym. *Homoeo-care** @ Ashawagandha Q-10 drops, thrice a day,with little water. Report fortnightly.

Take small frequent low calorie, complex carbs high protein meals rich in fiber 30gms/day. Start with a 1/2 n hr walk morning and evening along with strength training exercises.

Hello lybrate-user, some tips to lose weight are 1.1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning.
