Pain in the legs can be related to your back pain. Try sleeping with a pillow underneath your knee to relieve the stress over your back and start with knee bending and exercise in lying down position.

I can understand your problem, you can follow these advice:- 1. You have to maintain correct posture first, sit properly with back rest on the pillow, walk with back straight. 2. While lying down on your bed, keep pillow under your knees. 3. While side lying, keep pillow between your knees. 4. Have balanced diet which is rich in calcium product. 5. Drink lots of water. It will keep supple your joints. 6. Morning walk is must. 7. Perform some gentle exercises which i'll teach you in the next session. Till then please modify your life style. Thanks.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Back pain is a common source of pain, which can be acute, subacute or chronic in nature. Back pain is classified along the segments of the spine and can be divided into neck pain, middle back pain, lower-back pain or tailbone pain.
Lower back pain is a type of back pain, which affects the lower back portion of the body. It may occur from arthritis or due to sudden jerking during movement. Lower-back pain may cause serious discomfort and aching and may disable a person from moving about. It should be treated and cared for properly.
Here are several treatments and care procedures for lower-back pain.
1. Take some rest: most people who get lower-back pain get obsessed with it and end up getting mri scans, x-rays done and take injections without recognizing the intensity of the pain. It is advised not to rush into the matter. A simple way to cure the pain is by resting. 90% of lower back pains resolve by themselves in 6 weeks and so you must give your back a break instead of taking medical action and give your back some to heal.
2. Pills: sometimes, a lower back pain can suddenly become severe. In this case, you should intake anti-inflammatory pills such as ibuprofen or naproxen. These pills will help you ease the pain. However, you should not take them for more than ten days at a stretch as continuous pill consumption can cause side effects.
3. Hot & cold compress: apply a bag of frozen peas or an ice pack to the affected area in your lower back for 48 hours after the pain appears. Every session should be about of 20 minutes and you should take several sessions each day. After two days, repeat the same procedure using a heat pad. The cooling procedure shuts down your blood capillaries, reducing the flow of blood to the affected area. The swelling is then eased. The heating, on the other hand, loosens tight muscles and helps to increase blood circulation.
4. Replace your mattress: people who sleep on firm mattresses and cushions on their beds are at a higher risk of experiencing lower-back pain. If you sleep on a medium-firm mattress, your chances of getting lower-back pain are less. In case your mattress is sagging or is very old, you should replace it.
5. Acupuncture: when your lower-back pain is very severe, you can take acupuncture injections, which provide efficient pain relief. The injections change the way your nerves react and inflammation gets reduced.
Lower-back pain is likely to cause great discomfort and trouble. You will be unable to carry out your daily chores because of the pain. Therefore, proper treatment and care are required for lower-back pain.

For back pain there are best homoeopathic medicines which solve the problem permanently. You have to take medicines internally. It's not pain killers like allopathic medicine which gives only a temporary solution. No side effects in homoeopathic medicines. 100% rapid and permanent results. While taking homoeopathic medicines you must avoid coffee and soft drinks. Homoeopathic medicine like colocynth, mag phos, cimicifuga, rhustox hypericum etc are for curing back pain. But medicines must be taken in proper dosage after consulting a homoeopath either directly or online.

Severe body pain can be due to following reasons: 1. Viral infections, such as common cold, influenza, diarrhoea, etc. 2. Inadequate rest/sleep. 3. Excessive stress. 4. Low levels of vitamin D. 5. Low levels of haemoglobin. 6. Muscle or bone diseases. Once identified, body ache can be easily treated. Please don't ignore body ache, while mostly innocuous, makes sense ruling out other troublesome issues.

A shoulder injury or condition hampers your ability to move freely and can. Causes acute pain that makes it difficult to move the affected joint. The most common cause of shoulder pain and neck pain is injury to the soft tissues, including the muscles, tendons, and ligaments within these structures. Put some ice cubes in a plastic bag and wrap the bag in a thin towel. Place it on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat a few times daily for a few days. You can also soak a towel in cold water and apply it on the shoulder. You can use our no pain oil.

Hi lybrate user, before doing yoga or gym, please do proper warm up exercises of 10-15 minutes. In these 10-15 minutes do some walk, jog and side jumps and light stretches. Your back pain happens because the instructors may not be getting proper warm up done. Plus whenever you start any exercises. It is important to build up slowly and gradually. Yoga does not mean training for acrobatics. It is just a way of increasing your physical and mental abilities. Do it slowly and step by step. Do not overstretch. Whatever you can't do. Don't do it. If your body is telling you to stop then stop. You know your body better than your instructor. Any exercise you feel uncomfortable. Do as much as you can and then stop. Use any balm to massage your back. It will get okay with time. All the best.

It must be due to poor healing in the frature sites or in the area where you had internal injury, if the healing doesn't happen completely then there is poor blood circulation and that the reason during exertion of activities the spine becomes rigid. Hot water fermentation will help and also MCR chappals can be used to feel relaxed and comfortable while walking as the boyd weight is distributed evenly. Lumbosacral belt is advised which will definitely improve the abdominal muscle tone and it will also reduce the back pain.
