you should be around 67-71 kg so you need to loose at least 30 kg weight to come in the ideal body weight category, only walking and surya namaskar won't help, get a good diet planned for yourself along with 45 min to 1 hour of workout schedule, for at least one year.

Hello, your air passage is not clear, properly upto the lungs which causes labored breathing. At d same time you suffer from adenoid problem making your trouble intencified. * you should go for meditation to reduce your stress and clear air passage, as well to improve the tidal value of lungs to retain oxygen. * take, easily digestible, light diet to avoid gastric disorder which, some times causes dyspoenia. * avoid, cold intake, cold exposure, dust, smoke, alcohol. ## you may switch over to homoeopathy, safely, without any side effect. **homoeo-medicine** @ bryonia alb 30-6 pills, thrice a day. (1) take high calorie foods like cream, cheese, butter, dry fruits, nuts etc.(2) don't t drink water before meals (3) take foods more often (4) drink milk (5) use weight gainer shakes (6) add cream with your tea/coffee (7) take bigger plates (8) get quality sleep (9) do free hand exercise, pranayam.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hi I am hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patient since last two years I am taking prolomet xl 50 with olmesar 10 mg once in the morning. My pulse goes between 45 to 50 while going to sleep in the night. Is it ok or should I reduce the dosages.

There is no need to reduce the dose because this is acceptable heart rate during sleep. In fact heart rates of upto 40 are also acceptable heart rates during sleep.

You all need to sit down together and talk about the reasons for getting get married to her husband. If she is not feeling sexually attracted to her husband, then it' s a loss for both of them as sex is an important need for all humans. If they are interested, then they can visit a sexologist and counsellor, who can help them understand how to consummate their marriage and if they are having any differences between each other then they can be sorted out with the help of a counsellor. Nowadays, however, some couples are ready to live together without consummating their marriage with each other. Yet they have sexual partners outside of their marriage. If your daughter and her husband are open to this solution then it can be worked out this way. They can also remain as friends or companions within the marriage without having sexual relationship with anyone at all. A marriage need not break over this issue.

Causes of lack of sleep are: • stress • Anxiety • Depression • Pain • irregular schedule of sleep such as sleeping during day time & working during nights. • Caffeine, alcohol • Due to drugs • Due to high blood pressure. • Aging Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration, irritability, fatigue & digestion problem. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do not think during sleep and avoid use of laptop during night. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.
