I am doing gym from last two months. But I am not sweating. I do my exercise properly even I don't take rest more than 30 seconds. Take proper diet as given. I am not losing my weight. Please suggest.

Make 2 changes: Take 1 glass fresh fruit juice, 1/2 hour prior to exercise. Keep sipping water or fluid throughout the day (150 - 180 ml in a go. Increase intensity: Go to the next level, increase your intensity but not the time. Improve speed in aerobics. Along with this, if you supplements your water with Magnesium, it improves your body's ability to utilize all the nutrients available in diet, at right place. That will help in improving muscle percentage.

Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms, legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.

uric acid is heterocyclic compounds of carbon , nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen. which cause gout. In high uric acid avoid few diets i.e. high purine-rich foods, milk products, protein foods, meat, dried beans, dried peas, mushrooms, whey proteins which are used in zym, alcohol, diuretic medicines. Eat balanced diet , eat banana, take amino acid rich diets, L- glutamine like supplements, whole grain, oats, green veg., low cholesterol foods, plenty of water in day time, Do test Kidney Function Test every 6 months to monitor levels of uric acid. Consult doctor always for medicines. Do not take medicines by self. Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day. Tab. Ulracet sos for pain .

Hi. From when are you having dis and what do you do? if you are having it recently try to be active psychologically. Try to do all kinds of activities. Have green tea. Do get up early n have a walk. Even after trying everything sincerely if you have same symptoms den please inform.

Premature Ejaculation is very common and is usually not associated with any disease but may be due to anxiety, sometimes however there may be problem with prostate gland and thyroid hormone. Most often it is a chronic problem and you have to take medicines off and on. Also there are exercises to control it. You can learn to control PE by doing this exercise- pull your muscles that you pull at the end of urination for few seconds then release repeat this several times daily. Another is stop-start technique: when you feel that you are going to ejaculate stop the sexual stimulation and divert your mind, the penis will relax, after sometime start the stimulation again and repeat the procedure. Over few months you will gradually increase your ejaculation time. You can apply lignocaine gel to head of penis 10 mins before sex and wipe it off before starting sex.

Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6.Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7.What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Stay away from too much caffeine, alcohol, or a heavy meal just before sleeping. They only make you stay awake for longer and may cause heartburn or stomach trouble. Don't drink too much water, or else you will be making more midnight trips to the bathroom than clocking those sleep hours. 8.Try to keep your head clear of all worries and stress when in bed. Regular meditation and deep breathing can help. There is no end to all the things you can do to sleep well and comfortably. It is important to be self-disciplined to sleep well and hence be a healthy individual. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Me and my fiancee have active sex life for quite some time and we don't use any protection, he is been doing withdrawal method and have been following tht very strictly. My periods are delayed by a week and haven't come yet. Am I pregnant? How can I be sure about this? We plan to we'd after 6 months and not prepared to start family at this stage kindly advise what shd I do. We mutually decided not to have baby now but don't want to disclose it to our families.

Withdrawal method is not an effective solution. Infact keeps you at almost same probability of getting pregnant. Buy urine pregnancy test kit easily available in the market. For future ref using ocp is a better solution. All the best. Tc.
