I hv such sun tan in my body so I want to remove it and I hv such extra fat please give such Dugan.

PGDD, RD, Bachelor of Home Science

I hv such sun tan in my body so I want to remove it and I hv such extra fat please give such Dugan.
Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass. Sun tan can be removed by using besan as a cleanser before bath.

Hello. Bleeding from nose is caused due to many causes. Some of them are: a) Excessive and continuous sneezing for prolonged duration b) High BP c) Trauma / injury to nasal bone. These are very common causes. Others are rare bleeding disorders. She need not worry. Let her apply pressure over the place where nose bones and eye brows meet and ask her to drink water boiled with jeera to reduce heat. This should help.

1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

Unless proved otherwise, it is due infection. In males if there is accumulation smegma under the foreskin of penis it should be cleaned everyday. This also could be the cause of foul smelling urine.

I am losing my hair very very quickly and lots of dandruff and my hair is very less.

BHMS
Homeopath,
I am losing my hair very very quickly and lots of dandruff and my hair is very less.
Dear lybrate user, hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) effects of radio therapy or chemotherapy. 4) nutritional deficiencies. 5) autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. But before starting any treatment, the proper underlying cause behind alopecia needs to be diagnosed. A detailed case taking is required to find out the cause behind alopecia.

I am suffering from full hairfall and full of dandruff how can I get relief from them sir.
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Is it possible to grow even after 18? Is there any medicines or exercises to achieve that?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Is it possible to grow even after 18?
Is there any medicines or exercises to achieve that?
We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. Increase in height at your age depends upon a no. of factors like 1.Heriditary factor 2.Recorded any increase in height in last 24 months 3.Amount of effort you are putting in for increase in height 4.How much serious are you for your height 5.Will you give 100% if I show you a direction 6.Just do your bit with full determination and leave the rest to time, exercises and medicines. You are interacting too much about office work. You are neglecting your personal care. Everyone has personal office. Doctor has so many patients regularly. But always he takes very much care in all aspects. He does not confused. Doing work very systematically. He never takes his work into home. He relaxed when the work is over. He does not think about his patient's condition in home. Every day comes serious problems do or die situations. But he never take the situation in to home. Or never applied his personal status. It is professional life. So professional life is different from personal life. You are equating both professional and professional life status. Then it iscause of no sleep. It may affect on body also. So take rest when work is over. Relax very well in the middle of the work. Do not be tensed. Feel always comfortable. Be share your all feelings with your friends and family members. Be happy all the time. Do some good exercises. Practice yoga and meditation also. Ok all the best.

How to Naturally Rid Yourself of Stress through Homeopathy

How to Naturally Rid Yourself of Stress through Homeopathy

Stress and treatment through homeopathy

Stress is a condition in which we feel frustrated, angry or worried and anxious due to circumstances we find ourselves in. Stress also takes the form of different diseases in your body, if it is left untreated.

Even when you are faced with the same situations, it can cause a different stress response in different people. In homeopathy, mental symptoms of the patient are analytically checked. Homeopathy first identifies the root cause, and the treatment approach differs based on this finding. Usually, the understanding of both the psycho and the physiological profile of the patient are combined, with the psychological profile being given more importance.

Here is a list of valid reasons why choosing homeopathy for stress treatment

1. Identifying the cause

Homeopathic medicines are not designed to suppress the symptoms and offer superficial relief. They work towards restoring the vitality of the body as a whole so that the body can itself combat with the diseases. Similar is the case for stress. Homeopathic medications address the underlying issues that cause stress and, therefore, they help you in dealing with your medical condition more effectively and permanently.

2. Symptom-based treatment

Homeopathy recognizes the uniqueness of the various symptoms and responses associated with stress.

For instance: homeopathic medicines for stress, when the cause of stress is grief (eg: losing a dear one) is Ignatia and natrum mur; whereas the medicines for stress, when stress is caused due to 'long and stressful work hours' is kali phos.

3. In-depth research

Homeopathy treatment is based on in-depth research to ascertain the factors that are responsible for your stress and deal with your condition accordingly.

Your brain is just another organ operating on the same biochemical principles as or heart or thyroid or liver. We experience feelings, positive or negative, at the cellular level - scientifically, it is no more than a complex interaction of chemicals and electrical activity.

The approach of homeopathy is more specific and, therefore, more effective.

Hi I am in 7 yrs relationship but now the man is changed and I am suffering from personal life carrer and from home please I have tried comitt sucide

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
Suicide is no solution. Don? t ever die for another man unless you do so in an attempt to save the person. Your life is your gift to you by god: you must therefore treasure it and look after it as something very special and precious. I was not clear in your question when you say? the man is changed. Has he changed and become a bad person, or are you saying that he has left you for another? I suppose you mean the latter. I know that 7 years is a long time of knowing a person and presumably you thought that it was all sewed up and stitched. If he left because of something you did or said, you must introspect and see how serious that was, or has he chosen to make it bigger than what it is. If he was looking for a chance to get out of the relationship and found one, he is not worth the salt. Whatever the explanation, you must take it as good riddance to bad rubbish. But it is difficult and very painful, and perhaps disgraceful in front of all your friends. However, it is for this reason more so that you are saying you do not want to be in a relationship where the other person is not interested in you. You must get back to your career and get going with your life. There are three things you must do: be responsible, be respectful, and be functional, whatever happens. Get rid of all reminders of this guy and do not go to places, people and situations that you two used to frequent. And above all talk extensively about this relationship until it is exhausted from your system. But do not go around giving him bad publicity. Do talk to a confidante or counselor. At your age it must be extremely shattering but that gives you more reason to prove to yourself that you are made of better stuff than this. Love yourself enough to take this in your stride but do not go into victim mode. You will one day look back at this relationship and wonder why you were into it for so long. Believe me, it will defy all logic.
