Hi, hairfall has many causes: 1) anemia 2) experimenting with your hair like blow dry, colouring 3) imbalanced diet or a diet low in protein 4) stress, prolonged exposure to sun 5) lack of sleep or irregular timings of sleep. 6) post typhoid, hypothyroidism. Tips to avoid hairloss: 1) do not comb on wet hair. 2) oil your hair regularly. 3) destress and sleep 8 hrs daily. 4) do not blow dry or experiment with hair like hair straightening. 5) balanced and high protein diet. 6) use homoeopathic jaborandi hair oil by sbl pharmacy. Revert back if you need medicinal help.

Hello Do proper rest & do hot fomentation for 15-20 min thrice in a day .Take UST followed by IFT for 15 days. Learn strengthening & stretching exercises from physiotherapist. This will help in reducing the pain. Thanks.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system...by digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system...take chitrakadi vati after meal...Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day..Take banana milk shake... Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products.. Like butter...ghee...

Using Dot silicone gel or toical retinoid cream (Retin A cream) is good to remove this pores. You can also go for masks. Pappaya masks are good for this. You can use this twice weekly. Also avoid sun exposure on face or use sunscreen. Taking vitamin E and C supplements , drinking more plain water also helps in regeneration of skin faster.

Do blood test like cbc widal test. Send reports to help you. Eat light diet like rice and fruits. Drink plenty of water. Take bed rest.

Hye, Thanks for the query. To remove Heat from the Body. Stay away from hot and spicy food items Avoid fatty and fried foods (junk/fast foods) Stay away from caffeine & alcohol Follow a low sodium diet regime Use Coconut or Olive herbal oil for cooking than using almond,sesame & corn oil Do not use nuts in your daily diet as they are known in increasing the body temperature rapidly. Try to have them 2-3 times a week Try to follow a vegetarian diet regime or reduce your usage of red meat. Home remedies for reducing body heat Drink a glass of pomegranate juice daily. Take a basin of cool water and soak your feet in it. This will help in reducing excessive heat from the body. Add a tablespoon of honey in cold milk and have it on a daily basis. Buttermilk a glass with meals is a great digestive too. Orange and sweet lemon that contains citrus in it, are excellent foods to relieve body temperature. One of the easiest tips to reduce body heat, foods & drinks to control your body heat is stay hydrated. In addition to controlling the body heat is consuming the healthy variety of foods like- Cardamom, fresh and dried Peaches, Apricot, Coconut  water, watermelon, lime water, cucumbers, bananas, sugarcane liquid, barley, citrus fruit juices and organic teas for example mint & fennel green tea, honeydew melon, mint water, radish salad, decoction of fennel seeds,  peppermint, amla juice and aloe juice. Please consult your doctor in case your body temperature doesn’t normalize even after following these remedies.

Psychological problems range from adjustment disorders to severe psychiatric illnesses. From what you you have described it can be a psychological problem. Consult your doctor for detail evaluation of your symptoms. You may require medicines. At least start doing exercise - morning walk, listening to music and meditation techniques.
