Hello user, you can take plain skimmed milk at night, only almond and walnut you can take in the day. Best food for heart is sea foods, flaxseeds dark beans spinach, oats garlic, tofu, tomato, brocolli, fruits like orange, papaya, apple etc if you need diet chart or more about heart problem, kindly consult me privately. Usually after I wake up, I am in a low mood. It alternates. Some days it's quite a bad mood like 7,8 out of 10. Other days it's 2,3. However fir some strange reason it goes off by lunchtime about 1 2 pm. Then I can get going. But in the mornings I feel down, low mood, don't feel like doing anything and cannot get going. How do I get my "get and go" feeling which is had when I was younger! Am now 71, was a businessmen and successful executive now retired. Kindly give me your advise. Thank you.

Please also keep a record of your blood sugar levels. Also if you are having cervical spondylitis/sleeping disorder/sleeping in a chilled room/non-ventilated room/late sleeping etc that needs to be identified and sorted out. For now I only advise you to take Five phos 4 tabs thrice daily for next 2 weeks. Give me a feedback thereafter.

Say for example I was suffering from cold and cough for a weak almost and I didn't know the reason it was sudden. But instead of taking medicines I take precautions and I was good. Now the as is should I take medicines or not.

i m recommending you an following remedy which will surely help you Natural home remedy using ginger and honey: 1. Crush a little raw ginger to make paste 2. Press the paste on a sieve 3. Hi Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk. Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night. Take chitrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner. Take 5-7 munakkas with milk. Eat papaya in fruits .avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption.

It would be better if you are able to give your current medication history along with your food habits and lifestyle. Regarding food you should avoid cold food, curds, old food, fried food. Drink only hot water, early dinner will help. Do breathing exercise regularly. Ayurveda treatments can help you to lead normal life with out medication.

In order to enhance your skin you need to take care of your skin from outside. You may use a cream or moisturizer that contains Alpha Hydroxy Acid's (AHA's) like glycolic acid, lactic acid etc. AHA's exfoliate superficial dead skin cells and renew it with newer younger cells. Continued use of AHA's keeps skin in a state of continued renewal. This renewed skin is healthier, lighter and brighter. You may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling, particularly glycolic peel, from nearest approachable dermatologist. Glycolic peel utilizes a higher concentration of glycolic acid as compared to that present in creams/ moisturizers. The concentration that is available in peels is 20%, 35% 50% and 70%. Whereas creams contain just 6%, 8% or 10% of glycolic acid. I also suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day. It should have both UVA as well as UV B coverage. Regular use of broad spectrum sunscreen would prevent tanning and also delay skin ageing i.e appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Some sunscreens are also fortified with vitamin C which has skin lightening as well as antiageing properties. Besides topical creams and chemical peeling sessions you may also take a few sessions of microdermabrasion to achieve the desired results. I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for more details and the needful. Regards.

Sleep has some type I tell you 2 type 1.beta sleep = in which we are in dream if you take this kind of sleep it will not good even you take 8 hr 2.delta sleep=in which we sleep very deeply if you take this kind of sleep then 4 hr is also sufficient 3.if genarly you ask me we should 3 hr or 6 hrs or 9 hrs because our sleep cycle is complete in every 3 hrs so you should tkae sleep ik this then only you feel energetic.

Since she may not be in a position to communicate properly, take her for a full medical check up to rule out any other condition that may be causing this situation. If that is clear, then take her to a school for the differently enabled and meet with the doctor there who is qualified to communicate with her and find out what might be the reason for her change. You mention nothing about the mother, is she around? did something happen in the family recently that might have affected her so? her own awareness will not be of the best level. Normally, in such circumstances, the other house members are more alert to her developments and may know something that you are not aware about. Kindly make some inquiries to get more details. The feeling she displays may be right but the reason may be suspect and for that someone who knows her well will be able to throw some light.

Hello lybrate-user, I understand your anger and frustration. It feels like whatever you do is not enough. At times it feels like inspite of repeated resolution, you fall back to old pattern. I understand your concern because, this kind of excess weight (100 kg) is breeding ground for many diseases (blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, certain kind of cancers, arthritis etc), which can affect the quality of your life ahead. This is a lifestyle related issue and it can be surely treated with intensive lifestyle modification program. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it does not reduce weight much. Calorie counting is useless. If you want to count, count nutritional value of food in terms of protein, fiber, good fat etc. I am sure you did not gain this much weight suddenly but over a period of time. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works (moves your weight in right direction) then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of individualized nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. My best wishes.

You are fit and healthy now. Continue with your exercises and eat healthy. Yoga is good for health. Don't be so much tense about issues like creams etc. Just use normal stuff based on whether its indoors or outdoors based on the time of the day. You can do Yoga any time of the day provided you give sufficient gap after meals. Stopping Yoga will not increase weight. If you are following something good. Then continue doing it.

Hi, nowadays, hair fall is a common phenomena. We should give little concern for this as the causes may differs. Usually it is due to dandruff, stress conditions, mal nutrition etc. Daily fall of 100 numbers of hair is normal. If it is more than that we have to take care of it. So make sure that you should clean your scalp daily. 1. Kaiyonyadi keram - make it little warm and apply in you scalp and massage. Leave it for 30 minutes. After that take a head bath with along with green gram powder or mild shampoo. Dry off the scalp and do comping. Do it for I month. 2. Drink plenty of water. 3. Take a good sleep everyday 4. Consume a balanced diet 5. Daily 2 gooseberries.

Hello you have to need 7-10 physiotherapy session for cervical due to stiffness of cervical muscle it cause headaches. You kneed swd for 12 mints, ift for 15 mints. Cervical rom exercises. In home you take some hot water bottle fermentation. For 15 mints and front of mirror you do neck exercises.

A)Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep...B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jaggary before meals..C) eat 10 gms of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals...D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions….THANKS…
