Eat a heavy breakfast, also consume cow ghee at least 5 spoons in a day, start doing prithvi mudra 20 min everyday to gain 10 to 12 kg in just 4 months. Eat almonds everyday (10 -12). Drink cow milk, sleep at least 7 to 8 hours in a day. Drink lots of water, but never drink water after your meals give a gap of 90 minutes. Start doing surya namaskar every morning, in lunch eat more rice. In salad eat boil potato with kali mirch on it.

I am 29 years married and having one son at that time it was sigerin after operation I started having back pain recently a month back I had an operation for gallbladder and hernia it was laparoscope but after operation my back pain increased more I don't know whats happened not even able to sit for a long time nor walk because of that back pain some please help me out in this issue.

Your back pain is due a pathology in your lower back region and it should not be correlated with both your surgeries. It is incidental that your pain has increased after your 2nd surgery. Please tell me duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. Kindly enclose your x rays and blood tests which you have done for this existing problem. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Hello, wash your eyes with clean water twice daily and start using CMD2 eye drops, 2 drops in each eye twice daily.Use it on regular basis. Revert with feedback.

Night fall or wet dreams is a very common occurrence among men, especially among adolescents. 1. Should start jogging or brisk walking for at least 30 minutes every day. 2. Should avoid consumption of any liquid for at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 3. Should go for urination just before going to bed. 4. Should avoid watching porn or erotic chats etc. 5. Start listening to soothing music which gives peace of mind and gives soothing effects like the meditation gives. 6. Should start reading good books at the time to keep the brain relaxed for a sound sleep. 7. If night fall happens then one should not worry about this, because if people keep on thinking about nightfall or have the fear of night fall at the time of sleeping then you get more chances to have the night fall again. 8. Should avoid constipation because an upset digestive system also sometimes causes night fall.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You are underweight for your height. It's possible you are not eating the right foods at the right time leading to low energy, stamina and immunity . Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Dear Lybrateuser, - For a good & peaceful sleep follow some tips - keep your sleep & wake up time fixed - unless your brain & body is tired it is difficult to get sleep, so keep physically& mentally active throughout the day, take a walk for 10-15 min after dinner - have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, avoid fried & fatty foods - have a warm water bath before bedtime if you can as it relaxes the mind & body - room should be quiet, with ambient temperature & no lights - do yoga, meditation, walking & deep breathing in the day - avoid TV, mobile watching before sleep - avoid more than 1-2 cups of tea, coffee per day, do not consume after 4 o'clock in the afternoon - take your medication if it is helpful as alprax can cause dependency & the dose will go on increasing - do not nap for more than 20-30 min in the day, if you do than should be in the early afternoon.

Piles shouldnot reccur so fast after surgery. Please suggest him to visit a surgeon again for physical examination. Suggest him to contnue Sitz bath and oint Sucral Ano to be applied twice daily specially before going to toilet.

Hi, you should go for little bit walk and exercise. Take lukewarm water with half spoon cinnamon powder. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Take proper sleep. Avoid late night dinner. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
