You can start with stretching and flexibility exercises for Lumbo sacrolal regions. Proper posture is very important to relieve pain during walking, standing and sitting. Strengthening Pelvic floor muscles will be very helpful. If possible ask him to wear a Lumbo sacrolal Belt. Improving Back muscles and Core muscles will ease down some % of pain. For more information you can contact me.
