Almonds are a great choice nuts are very high in fat. Mixed nuts are a great option because you can get the nutritional benefit of many varieties in one snack. Cheese and for good reason, you can add cheese into almost any dish. It has all the nutritional benefits of milk products, but most cheeses are high in fat, making it a good product to have if you are trying to gain weight.

Hello Doc, shall I change my diet plan or is it ok. My morning starts with three glasses of water empty stomach and then 1hot cup of organic india green tea. In breakfast I take 1 banana, 3-4 breads with peanut butter and 1 glass protein shake. In lunch I take normal rice, dal roti and egg amulet in non-veg days. 1 banana in afternoon and a normal 2 hrs rest. In evening I again take 1 hot cup green tea followed by 1 banana, 3-4 breads with peanut butter and normal milk this time. Dinner is same as lunch and egg, chicken in non-veg days. After that again 1 banana, 3-4 breads with peanut butter and protein milk shake. Is this is an ok diet?

Dear lybrateuser, -Your diet should help you reduce your weight & you should feel active throughout the day -have banana with breakfast, afternoon you can have an apple or a pear or an orange, basically have a variety of fruits available which can provide you with various vitamins & minerals, include seasonal vegetables in your diet -have wholewheat bread or mix grain paratha, add paneer & yoghurt in your diet ,have fish & skinless chicken in non-veg items, avoid fried food -have early dinner, don't eat anything after that, you can take a glass of buttermilk before bedtime -drink plenty of water throughout the day, have a glassful before each meal.

Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.

Hello, it will not cause any affect. Tea is a very mild cns stimulant, may cause acidity in few people.

Hi, as he is very small and he will gain height in his rest of the 18 yrs, so don't worry so much about it. Encourage him indulge into physical activities like jumping, hopping, running, etc. Which will help in pressing the pressure points which are present on the sole of each foot. Also, give him calcium sources (milk, milk products, non-veg. (sp. Seafood), eggs, green leafy vegetables, fruits, fortified cereals such as corn flakes as they have a lot of calcium in one serving, soyabean). Vitamin d is also required for healthy and strong bones, so daily 10-15 minutes of exposure to sunlight (in summers, avoid sunlight between 11am to 4pm) is an essential part. Regular de-worming (medicines given for worms) after every 6 months is mandatory. Medication: give your child homoeopathic medicines - biocombination-21 and alfaalfa tonic - both 3 times a day daily for 3 months. These two can be given regularly on and off later.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. The fat that you are carrying around was accumulated in years. So how can you expect to lose it in mere days. As for your training, you need to follow this routine. Your training session is divided into morning and evening workouts: MORNING: 1. Light jog for 15 minutes. 2.200 jumping jacks. 3.100 meter sprints x 10 4. Medium pace running for 30 minutes. 5. Stretching. EVENING: 1. Jumping or skipping for 20 minutes. 2. High knee drill for 10 minutes. 3.150 squats. (15 reps x 10 sets) 4.200 mountain climbers. 5.50 push ups (10 reps x 5 sets) 6.200 mountain jumpers. 7.100 burpees. 8. Stretching. You're going to face a lot of difficulties to complete these sessions during your 1 - 3 weeks. But stay consistent and try to finish each workout as given to you. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Daily morning surya namaskar 10 times before 8am. Drink fruit juices in morning (if possible have fresh fruit juices). Do not remain hungry at all. Keep eating at least 2 biscuits at 2 hours of intervals. Drink more and more water. And join swimming, which best for exercise of each and every muscles of our body. Try this for 1 month. You will definitely get result.

Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts. Eat lots of this sleep? you need to be getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night for maximum gains. Your body is doing nothing but lying there and building muscle while you? re sleeping. If you are only getting 6 hours or less, you? re not going to get all the benefits of your exercising and diet. I know it? s tough, but those 3 am raids on runny-eye need to be put on hold for a few months. Sleep. For ayurvedic medicine consult. Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast.In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis.In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3.
