Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

I will suggest you to not take any medicine for the same and its an inbuilt development of the body and than also if you want to try it than Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

take high protein nd high calorie diet . take milk nd milk products. take paneer, soya milk, tofu, sprouts, egg, whole pulses, lean meat.have small nd frequent meals. do stretching exercise alternate days.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Actually pain at calf/leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - we will get some blood tests for you - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp once you have all these reports then you can contact me as I can advise you for proper supplementation do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Mr. lybrate-user your Diabetes melliteus is a chronic condition and you cannot stop medicine in acute disease like fever if you have relief of it. Chronic diseases are due to multipe causes like lifestyle, emotional and other causes. You need to consult a Diabetologist to make changes in your medication whether to taper or maintain with a low dose.

Ashwagandha is a short woody shrub that belongs to the solanaceae family. The powder is obtained from its roots. Take 1 glass of warm milk and add 2 tablespoons of ashwagandha powder to it. Then, mix one teaspoon of clarified butter (ghee). Stir it well and drink two times a day. Do this for one month.

Hi lybrate-user, If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake. Dear lybrate user...Scientifically anxiety leads to weight gain and not weight loss. Anxiety or any kind of stress leads to elevation of blood cortisol and this hormone is responsible to increase weight particularly in the waist region of the body. What I perceive in your case is that you are not able to gain weight and this makes you feel anxious in social situations. Anxiety is a normal phenomenon and is essential to survive and take appropriate actions once situations demands, but it is the excess than the situation appropriate anxiety that is harmful and needs to be targeted. Neurobiologically excess of anxiety or stress leads to increase in the hormone cortisol and having high cortisol is not good for our body systems. High cortisol leads to high blood sugar level and in long rul may cause Diabetes Mellitus, Heart Attacks, Stroke and paralysis, Hypertension and many more. You are too young to take excess supplement. In this age you can start with natural food stuff to increase weight as well for healthy internal body. Aa due to poor as well sometimes person tend to put on weight. So it's better to have natural food stuff instead of any supplements.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area.
