Hello, you should avoid the medicines which you are taking as these are creating considerable side effects in your body. So gradually try to taper off the allopathic doses. Start homoeopathic treatment for the existing problems. Homeopathic remedies for asthma are very effective and can cure asthma permanently. Homeopathic medicines are natural medicines and work by moderating our immune system which usually becomes overreactive in asthma. But I need to know more symptoms related to you as a whole. So that I can make totality of symptoms and prescribe you a better medicine. In the mean time take ars alb 30, 3 drops once daily and bc no. 02, 5 tabs thrice daily. Revert me with more symptoms.

Hello, a respiratory condition marked by attacks of spasm in the bronchi of the lungs, causing difficulty in breathing. It is usually connected to allergic reaction or other forms of hypersensitivity pathophysiology asthma is an airway disease that can be classified physiologically as a variable and partially reversible obstruction to air flow, and pathologically with overdeveloped mucus glands, airway thickening due to scarring and inflammation, and bronchoconstriction, the narrowing of the airways in the lungs due to the tightening of surrounding smooth muscle. Bronchial inflammation also causes narrowing due to edema and swelling caused by an immune response to allergens. Description to understand asthma, it helps to know how the airways work. The airways are tubes that carry air into and out of your lungs. People who have asthma have inflamed airways. The inflammation makes the airways swollen and very sensitive. The airways tend to react strongly to certain inhaled substances. When the airways react, the muscles around them tighten. This narrows the airways, causing less air to flow into the lungs. The swelling also can worsen, making the airways even narrower. Cells in the airways might make more mucus than usual. Mucus is a sticky, thick liquid that can further narrow the airways. This chain reaction can result in asthma symptoms. Symptoms can happen each time the airways are inflamed. Sometimes asthma symptoms are mild and go away on their own or after minimal treatment with asthma medicine. Other times, symptoms continue to get worse. Treating symptoms when you first notice them is important. This will help prevent the symptoms from worsening and causing a severe asthma attack. Prevalence according to recent estimates, asthma affects 300 million people in the world and more than 22 million in the united states. Although people of all ages suffer from the disease, it most often starts in childhood, currently affecting 6 million children in the us. Asthma kills about 255, 000 people worldwide every year.

Please take Bryonia 200 – once daily for next 3-4 days. Drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster. Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue. Consult me for homeopathic treatment. Drink lots of fluids such as water and clear soups. Fluids help loosen mucus. Fluids are also important because they help prevent dehydration. Gargle with warm salt water a few times a day to relieve a sore throat. Throat sprays or lozenges may also help relieve the pain.

To diagnose with COPD it requires thorough examination and a detailed case history along with the investigations. What is important is the resolve to overcome the habit. Keep going for regular check-up with the doctor at least annually for general health check-up. The effects of smoking differs from person to person and so the duration is not significant here. Knowing that it is injurious to health is vital. He can also try Homeopathy if the cough and breathlessness does not subside in a few weeks. Let him also cultivate the habit of exercise and eating a nutritious diet everyday.

I m 21 year old. I m suffering from allergies due to this there is a problem in taking breath in night many time. Is this asthma or not because there is more difficult to take breath in night. Any medicine for it.

Ayurveda, Panchkula
Shortness of breath can be a symptom of asthma but generally in asthma shortness of breath occurs while exerting that is can be during exercising, running or doing down strainois work. If you have shortness of breath at nights that can be due to blocked nose. Keep your air passage clear, take steam before sleeping every day for 5 mins if even after doing this you face difficulty in breathing then kindly get urself checked as doctor can rule out if you re wheezing or not. Which is important sign in asthma. But visit to the doc at turn of shortness of breath only.

Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, Asthma is a common chronic inflammatory disease of the airways. Asthma is characterized by recurrent episodes of wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing. Sputum may be produced from the lung by coughing but is often hard to bring up. During recovery from an attack, it may appear pus-like due to high levels of white blood cells called eosinophils. Symptoms are usually worse at night and in the early morning or in response to exercise or cold air. Some people with asthma rarely experience symptoms, usually in response to triggers, whereas others may have marked and persistent symptoms. Asthma is thought to be caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Medication: Bronchitis/ Asthma can be treated with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for the time being. Keep taking your on going medication, reduce it gradually and slowly once homoeopathic starts acting. Take Bakson's Astha-Aid drops/ 10-15 drops in 1/2 cup water/ thrice d day for 1 month. Report me back after a month.
