Stop eating refined flour and sugar if you are eating that like maida and sweets. Eat more of fibrous foods likes oats, wheat bran, sprouts, broccoli. Drink coconut water daily and use coconut oil as good fat for cooking. Also try zumba as interesting workout to burn calories and gain strenght.

Mr sabse pehle tho aap unko oily spicy junk heavy and fatty food avoid karae. Daily morning walk. Pranayaam kapalbhati before meal in the morning. 6-8hour ki puri neend le. Subeh jaldi jaage. Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. after follow these steps if your weight remain same. it means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i.e thyroid profile. insulin fasting insulin pp. going through these reports i can recommend your diet

Male breast or gynecomastia reduction. Is one of the most frequently performed office surgeries and we are the pioneers in central india since last 30 years. To the best of our knowledge no medicines or creams work to decrease the breast size. Gynecomastia is treatable by surgery. There is no medical treatment. It is a one day out patient surgery with very gratifying results. It boosts self esteem also. The Dr. Can examine and tell you what is the problem, gynacomastia has a breast tissue and a fat component. No one wants surgery unless it is necessary. There is no medication which can give the results. Surgery is the only answer. The surgery is almost painless because there are enough medications to keep the pain under control. We need to examine the patient to know what is wanted and what can be done and to work out how much, when, where, etc we need to examine the patient to know what is wanted and what can be done and to work out how much, when, where, it can be a day care surgery or 1 day hospital stay. There is no bed rest but 3-5 days are required for recovery and 10 days for full recovery. In 3 weeks you can go the the gym. Gynacomastia is not a disease but excess response to hormones. If it does not bother you you don't have to get it removed. As long as the breast size is big it is taken as gynacomastia which could be because of more fat or more breast tissue or a mixture of the two. Wait till 18 years of age and then if not resolved look for surgical treatment. Hot or cold weather can change the nipple size.

I am 94 kgs and 24 year old. Been fat most of my life. Could you lose weight just controlling bad eating habits? I started fasting once a week and I usually don't eat after 6 pm in evening except eating fruits and vegetables. I only eat one oily or fatty food in a day. If I stick with this diet how fast I would be able to see results? What are the key things to keep in mind to lose weight fast and effectively. What other things I can do to lose weight. Lastly I don't want to do exercises, they are too tiring and they results in soaring or feeling pain in my muscles. Which makes me don't want to do other things like studying or going out.

Aim for long term weight loss. Don't look for short term solutions..>> Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. .>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully.   Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim..>> Reduce outside food. Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, eggs, nonveg, sweets, cold drinks, over eating. You take simpal veg food with vegitabales salad, fiber contening food. Take lessfood as you fill hungery. Less sugar tea, coffi, milk. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking will help to you.

Hello, As i don't know the ingredient of fat-go and it's reliability, can't give any remarks! It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet.
