The pain experienced during periods are known as dysmenorrhoea, which is a normal physiological symptoms. If it is very severe then painkillers can be taken once in a while but regular use of painkillers is not medically safe. In ayurveda there is panchakarma (basti) treatment is available with which you will get relief. *by the time you can start taking dashmoolarishta 2-2 with equal quantity of warm water and cap eposoft 1-1 both for 3 months.

Now a days everybody is so busy in there work that they don't have time for themselves which is resulting in so many lifestyle disorders like diabetes, bp, obesity ect. Main reason for this lifestyle disorders is stress and abnormal lifestyle. Ayurveda texts has mentioned detail dincharya and ritucharya which now a days no body is following and because of which we are facing so many health issues. My today tips is for how to maintain your body temperature. For maintaining body temperature just put rasna churna one pinch on your anterior fontanelle (put your thumb on nose and middle finger on head the point where your middle finger touches is your anterior fontanelle) daily after bath.

Do's and Don't's while taking homeopathic medicines

Do's and Don't's while taking homeopathic medicines
1. Do not touch medicines with hand or take in your palm, as this will contaminate the medicines. If you are taking the medicines in pillsform take them in to the cap of the bottle or on clean white plain paper.
2. Try not to eat or drink anything half an hour before and after taking medicine. Except water.
3. Avoid coffee, raw onion, garlic till on homeopathic medicines as these interfere with the action of homeopathic medicines.
4. Avoid using perfumes or strong smelling deodorant.
5. Avoid the use of camphor in any form where homeopathic medicines have been kept as camphor antidotes all medicines prepared from vegetable sources.
6. If you are taking medicines for hypertension, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma or any other chronic disease, do not stop them immediately. Consult your doctor and if advised then only reduce their dosage.

Three months is very short duration of time, keep on trying for 5-6 months more. What you need to know is ovulation time. If you had a regular cycle of 28-30 days then your ovulation period will be from day 10 of cycle till day 20 of cycle, do regular intercourse in this duration. You can also use ovulation kit to know exact dates of ovulation. Still in case you did not get positive result after 5-6 months of trying then consult infertility specialist for help.

Hello, A pregnant woman should take utmost caution of what she eats. A nutritious diet rich in proteins, iron, calcium and omega 3 fatty acids is recommended. Overall besides normal food make sure she takes a big glass of milk daily, 2-3 eggs in a week, chicken/ fish twice a week, take 2 helping of fruits and salads daily. Taking 5-6 almonds alone a piece or two of walnuts daily should overall take care of your nutritional requirements. Hope this helps you.

My wife is in the early stage of pregnancy (three weeks. Can she have cashew nuts/dry fruits at this stage.
Keep in mind that nuts are high in fat and calories, so it’s better to consume them in their natural state, without frying them. Dried fruits are also caloric. That’s why, eat them in moderation – stick to one handful of dried fruits or nuts a day.

Dear user. FERTILE PHASE is the phase of a female's menstrual cycle when an egg (ovule) is released from the ovaries. In humans, ovulation occurs about midway through the menstrual cycle, after the follicular phase. The few days surrounding ovulation (from approximately days 10 to 18 of a 28 day cycle), constitute the most fertile phase. So if you have ejaculatory sexual inter course from day 10 from the first day of period and to day 20, the chances of pregnancy are much more. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Her egg and your sperm cells should healthy enough. Then her uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these were satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Take care.
