Diabetes? if blood sugar is consistantly high, over time it can affect the heart, eyes, kidneys, nerves, and other parts of the body. These problems are called complications. Sometimes people with diabetes don't realize that they have the disease until they begin to have other health problems. For example, a doctor or health care provider may detect signs of diabetes damage even though the patient does not know that he/she has the disease.

Yes. Sometimes patients have been moving around for years with diabetes and they come to know about it only when they have either massive heart attack or sudden loss of vision or non healing ulcer. That's why most of the diabetes patients baseline diabetic profile with blood urine tests, sonography, ecg, eye and foot tests are done to detect early diabetes complications in newly detected diabetic patients.

Hi To control Diabetes you need to work on three main factors. 1. Diet which is low carbohydrate, low fat, high protein, high fibre 2. Exercise of atleast 30 min a day for 5 days a week. 3. Medications Body ache can happen due to uncontrolled diabetes as high blood sugars increase breakdown of muscle proteins also it can be because of vitamin D deficiency. For further management please consult in a private chat.

Hi lybrate-user calcarea card is a homoeopathic medicine. It can be used for people gaining weight but only if the symptoms match. If some doctor has prescribed you then you can take calcarea carbonica 200 1 dose only. Thyroidinum 1x is the medicine specifically for hypothyroid in homoeopathy.

I am 55 years male and suffering from diabetic and hypertension for the last 15 years and taking insulin and medicine for bp which is almost under control. Every day in the morning time as well as in the evening I feel tiered and weak and also has sexual problem. Pl recommend some tonic for general strength and feeling energetic.

Get your b. Glucose checked by glucometer at that time when you r feeling tired and weak. Low b. Sugar at that time needs to be ruled out. Get your bp checked too. You need dosage adjustments.
