"Person1: Yaar, last night I could not control myself and ate too much of everything including sweets, chocolate and ice cream."
"Person2: So what! Don't worry. Just make sure you eat very less today and workout more so that you can compensate for the night."

Is this a great advice? What do you think?
Well, NO! Not at all. When you overeat a night, your body does NOT store that amount of calories for you in a special place so that the next day you can just double your workout and exclusively burn those calories. We all overeat sometimes. So what? Just forget it and get back on your normal eating and workout routine. It's ok to overeat once a while, just don't make it your habit and don't eat when you are bored, eat when you are hungry or when its the right time. Don't punish your body and try to compensate by eating less and working out more. Just get on with life.

You most probably are suffering from oa of knee. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped centers in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly show me x rays before a final decision can be taken. You will be thoroughly investigated before surgery is under taken.

Hello, since you are lactating mother your requirment of energy is higher as every 100 ml milk you produce you are burning 85 kcals. Eat at regular intervals of 3 hours and do not skip meals. Keep dryfruits and nuts in a box next to you while feeding. Try having 2 glasses of milk or milkshake preferably mango, chickoo, banana with honey added. Consult a dietician for a proper diet prescription.

I am tired in very short time. I like football playing. But small running I am tired. Why is that happening.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

There is definite problem in eating so many eggs daily. Take maximum 2 eggs. Egg white is preferable instead of whole eggs

A seed (grain or pulse) has many nutritional advantages to you, but many of them are locked up tight by anti-nutrients (such as phytic acid). Once you start the germinating process, that dormant seed starts to become a live plant. Anti-nutrients are cast away, it changes, inside and out, and when you eat that seed, no longer are you eating just a seed, instead you are eating a tiny little plant. The process of changing seeds into little plants is easy, but the changes that happen is huge. By sprouting your pulses, you are neutralizing phytic acid very effectively which binds to certain minerals and throws them out of the body. You will also be neutralizing enzyme inhibitors, which unfortunately not only inhibit enzymes in the actual seed, but can also inhibit your own valuable enzymes once they have been eaten. Sprouting helps break down the complex sugars responsible for flatulence in the gut, making them easier for all of us to digest. Sprouting produces vitamin c and it also changes the composition of pulse in numerous beneficial ways. Sprouting increases vitamin b content, especially b2, b5, and b6, carotene. Sprouting the pulses, makes them become a more alkaline forming food.

I suggest you some natural method to mass gain I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Keeping yourself hydrated can help with leucorrhea. -try to wear underwear that allows your genitals to air out. Cotton is best. Maintain good feminine hygiene. -clean your genitals after you urinate and wash your vaginal area properly when you bathe by using mild cleansing agents. -try to avoid using powders and scented sprays on your genitals unless they are formulated for use on your private parts.

Take enough fluids esp coconut water (to correct any electrolyte imbalance) esp post your volleyball session. And get the knee checked by a physiotherapist as you may have sprained a lig.

Carrot is a very good source of biotin, vitamin k, dietary fiber, molybdenum, potassium, vitamin b6, and vitamin c. They are a good source of manganese, niacin, vitamin b1, pantothenic acid, phosphorus, folate, copper, vitamin e, and vitamin b2. You can have it.
