स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य की कई समस्‍याओं का हल

अनिंद्रा भगाए -
जायफल अनिंद्रा भगाता है। अगर आप रोज रात को गरम दूध में जायफल का पाउडर डाल कर पीते हैं तो आपको अच्‍छी नींद आएगी।

प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढाए-
भोजन में जायफल मिलाने से स्‍वाद के साथ साथ शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता भी बढती है। इसमे बहु सारा मिनरल होता है और इसके अलावा पोटैशियम, कैल्‍शियम, आयरन और मैगनीशियम पाया जाता है।

चेहरे की झुर्रियां मिटाए -
थोड़ा सा जायफल पाउडर पानी या शहद के साथ मिला कर पेस्‍ट बनाया जाए और चेहरे पर लगाया जाए तो चेहरा बिल्‍कुल साफ हो जाता है और कुछ ही दिनों में चमकने लगता है। इससे पिंपल के दाग भी साफ होते हैं।

शीघ्रपतन और नपुंसकता दूर करे -
जायफल को घिस कर दूध में मिलाकर हफ्ते में तीन दिन पीने से नपुंसकता की बीमारी दूर होती है। यौन शक्ति बढ़ाने के लिए भी इसका इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। इसके चूर्ण और तेल को शीघ्रपतन दूर करने में उपयोग में लिया जाता है।

दांत दर्द -
जायफल का तेल दांत दर्द में बहुत लाभकारी है, तभी तो आपने देखा होगा कि ज्‍यदातर टूथपेस्‍ट में दालचीनी और जायफल मिलाया जाता है।

दिमाग तेज करे-
जायफल दिमाग को भी बहुत तेज बनाता है। इसको खाने से आपको कभी एल्‍जाइमर यानी भी भूलने की बीमारी नहीं होगी।
प्राचीन काल के दौरान, रोमन और ग्रीक सभ्यता जायफल का इस्‍तेमाल ब्रेन टॉनिक के रूप में करते थे। ऐसा इसलिए होता था क्‍योंकि जायफल प्रभावी ढंग से मस्तिष्क को उत्तेजित कर सकता हैं। नतीजतन, यह थकान और तनाव को खत्म करने में मदद कर सकता हैं।

पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्‍त करे-

दूध हजम करे -
शिशु का दूध छुड़ाकर ऊपर का दूध पिलाने पर यदि दूध पचता न हो तो दूध में आधा पानी मिलाकर, इसमें एक जायफल डालकर उबालें। इस दूध को थोडा ठण्डा करके कुनकुना गर्म, चम्मच कटोरी से शिशु को पिलाएं, यह दूध शिशु को हजम हो जाएगा।

पेट दर्द सही करे-
पेट में दर्द हो, आद्यमान हो तो जायफल के तेल की 2-3 बूंद शकर में या बताशे में टपकाकर खाने से फौरन आराम होता है।
अगर आप पाचन संबंधी समस्याओं जैसे दस्त, कब्ज, सूजन और पेट फूलना आदि से पीड़ित हैं तो जायफल प्रभावी रूप से आपको राहत प्रदान कर सकता हैं। जायफल का तेल आंतों से अधिक गैस निकाल कर पेट दर्द से राहत देता है। जायफल के सेवन से भूख न लगने की समस्‍या से भी निजात पाई जा सकती है।

जोड़ों का दर्द सही करे-
शरीर के जोड़ों में दर्द होना गठिया यानी सन्धिवात रोग का लक्षण होता है। गठिया के अलावा चोट, मोच और पुरानी सूजन के लिए जायफल और सरसों के तेल के मिलाकर मालिश करने से आराम होता है। इसकी मालिश से शरीर में गर्मी आती है, चुस्ती फुर्ती आती है और पसीने के रूप में विकार निकल जाता है।

I am asking this for my mom, she is having an issue in her uterus, the query is that will she get any future i...
Removal of the uterus is done under anesthesia and doctors give a thorough check up of entire body and blood tests done for sugar and lipids and ecg and halter tests plus basic tests done like hb and for infections and routine urine test. Regarding aftercare post surgery, it's like any other major abdominal surgery where internal healing takes 2 months plus but one does start walking around and doing basics for self plus simple walks after a week. After surgery she is like any other woman at time of menopausal phase, prone to heart attacks and walk bones and tendency to put on weight @half a kg per year and some amount of mental changes like feelings of neglected, as children are busy with their own lives. But no hormones are needed to cope with this phase, it's better to be prepared and get some involvement in hobbies and other fruitful activities. Regarding her risk to heart don't worry, doctors will do a thorough check up before surgery. Do write back if need be.

Loss of sexual desire is more common in women than in men. As many as 3 in 10 women have reduced or limited sexual interest in any kind of sexual activity. While the medical term for this problem is Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD), it is generally understood as a loss of libido.

Following are the causes of less libido in females:

1. Hormonal Disorders:

a) Dryness of the vagina and pain during sexual intercourse may affect sexual drive both mentally and physically.
b) After menopause, drop in the count of testosterone hormone also affects sexual drive which can result in loss of libido.
c) With advancing age, the level of androgens decrease, and hence results in a lack of sexual desire.

2. Lifestyle Disorders:

Heavy menstrual bleeding, technically called menorrhagia, is one of the most common types of abnormal bleeding from the uterus. Menstrual bleeding is said to be heavy if there is so much blood that a tampon or pad remains soaked for several hours.

1. Hormonal imbalance
Estrogen and progesterone levels are the primary control mechanism for periods. If the ovaries have a problem in functioning, hormonal imbalances may occur. Heavy menstrual bleeding is most common in females who are at the start of menopause. Puberty menorrhagia can occur in adolescents who are experiencing their first menstrual period.
2. Fibroids
Fibroids most commonly occur around the age when women can get pregnant. Uterine fibroids are non-cancerous growth on the uterus.

4. Blood thinners

6. Adenomyosis
This is a condition in which the muscular wall of the uterus also gets the lining of the uterus intermingled with it. However, this condition is rare and only happens in middle aged women with several children.
7. Pid
Pid stands for pelvic inflammatory disease and refers to any infection within the organs of the reproductive system.
8. Cancer
Uterine, ovarian and cervical cancer are just some of the cancers, which may cause heavy menstrual bleeding.
9. Other diseases
Liver, kidney and thyroid diseases are all included.

It is normal to have mild abdominal pain during first 2 days of menstruation. Do hot fomentation. Regular exercises. Circular massages might help too. Coffee could help in relieving mild pain. Take adequate rest. Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Hope this helps you.

Bring on some spices (8 months old) And softly mashed, or chopped into fine pieces, fruits, vegetables, meats, pasta and dairy such as yogurt and cheeses. Pasta, veggies, and fruit should all be soft cooked and possibly mashed with a fork or masher. (Bananas need only be mashed.) Meats and proteins such as egg yolk, should be cooked and pureed or chopped into small soft bits. If offering Tofu, you need not cook it first. Remember, your baby will not have molars until sometime around the 12-18 month age range so all foods should be easily mashed between the gums. How much will your 8 month – 10 month old baby eat? Your 8 to 10 month old baby may seem to be starving herself at some point. Because you are likely offering her more finger food selections or thicker/chunkier foods, the amount of food eaten appears smaller. At this stage, your baby may be eating 3 “meals” a day and possibly enjoying a snack or 2 in between. There are some babies in this age range who will still be eating only 1 “meal” of solids so don’t feel pressured to have your baby eat 3 solid food meals per day. The important thing is to watch your baby’s hunger cues and and try to begin setting a schedule for 3 meals a day. Offer him a balanced array of foods – fruits, veggies, a protein & a grain if possible and ensure his nursing or formula feedings are adequate. Visit the Baby Menu to see an idea of some meals for this age range. What to Eat at 8 to 10 Months of Age? AGE/STAGE – 8 months – 10 months old The AAP recommends that an infant not be started on solid foods until after 6 months of age. Many pediatricians still start babies on solids around 4 months of age. This chart accommodates all ages and stages up to 12 months. CEREALS Try mixing together the grains that your baby has had without any reaction (s). Begin offering breads and muffins when baby has mastered mashing more textured foods. Pasta makes for great finger foods. FRUITS Begin making your own fruit combinations once baby has had several fruits without any reaction (s). Venture into Papaya and Melon Swirl. After 8 months old – you may wish to try offering raw ripe fruits. Soft cooked fruits make for great beginner Baby Finger Foods. VEGGIES Soft cooked veggies make for great beginner Baby Finger Foods. Consult gynacologist and start some multivitamin and protien powder for that and wait for that its gaining in 8-9 months this is 7month running not to worry.

I don't have a stable mind. I cannot decide between 2 things and I feel sad almost all time. There's no satisfaction in anything I do. And I am very much addicted to my phone. please advice.

It is good that you have realized at young age that you do not have a stable mind, it is your problem and you are going to solve it minus medicines or doctors. May be you are surrounded by too many relatives and friends, try to be a loner for few days, go for long walks all alone, you will be able to take a decision better, but make sure about difficult decisions taken after giving maximum trials are not to be reverted back, come what may, some kind of emotional abuse / lure of money to walk on easier path. The person who gives a chance to others/ self to reform but fails has got only one option - to reform self by taking 1 decision at a time and work hard to make it a success to reassure self.
