Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. 2 kgs a month is definitely feasible and can easily be done. For this, make sure that you avoid all outside food completely. Eat healthy home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Consume less rice, potatoes and other carbohydrates. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Along with this, exercise at least 5 times a week. We are here to guide you. Hello, Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by conditioning your bones. Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body. Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein- fish, eggs, chicken..Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics. Jogging, swimming,  skipping & hanging on a bar in the garden to stretch your  bones. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. Avoid, junkfood, ,alcohol & nicotine. Tk,  care.

Hello, Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to enshape your whole body.    •Tk, 3/4 litres  of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.     •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     •opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    •Tk, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.     •Tk, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. On first approch I never recommend botox and fillers to my patients I use it as a last resort when most of the tropical medications do show significant change there are severe risks associated with them which patients do not understand I know there are some doctors who recommended botox straight away just to make quick money from patients my advice would be first try some good anti aging brands good brands are artistry estee lauder clinique makari shishedo etc in my option most effective and easiest to buy are artistry youth extend range my recommendations are 1 get youth extend protecting creme 2 get youth extend enriching creme 3 get a multivitamin tablet because anti aging treatment requires good antioxidants you can choose any good brand I recommended nutrilite because you need to take only one tablet in a day

Hello. Given that you are in your teen years you will eventually have a growth spurt solving most of your current worries. However it is good to avoid sugary diets and junk food. Alternatively for muscular body try calisthenics. Additionally for height sports which require jumping might help. But genetics does play a role. So if your parents are tall you actually do not have anything to worry.

In routine it should be taken on empty stomache for better absorption and effect. It will work if taken after food but its absorption will be erratoc hence its alright if you have taken it after food once in a while.
