Dear Lybrateuser, - Your weakness & tiredness could be due to loss of sleep, improper diet & meal schedule or sedentary habit - since you study the whole night your sleep & awake cycles are disturbed, try to rest when you feel sleepy - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & protein foods, have a protein snack in between meals to provide you with a continuous supply of energy, also have sufficient fluids including at least 7-8 glasses of water in a day, keep sipping frequently - also take a break for five minutes every 1-2 hrs & take a walk to refresh & break the monotony, it will help relax your mind & body - avoid more than 2-3 cups tea, coffee per day if you take - follow a proper routine throughout the day - try to find 10-15 min in the whole day for regular exercise like walking or yoga & meditation, it will help relax your mind & increase your concentration.

Hi lybrate-user, if you have discomfort then you can plan to take out nail but even if it's inside tibia it won't have any problem, rod need to be taken out if pain, screw irritating skin or any complication had occur and I tell you removing nail and screw are much difficult then your primary surgery, if you want to remove rod and screw thn it's the right time to take it off as by this time fracture completely unite won't be any problematic if you try after more year then there will be possibility of nail zamming then difficult to remove.

Hi Lybrate user, regular exercise will help you to burn the fat after fat burning you have to go for muscle building exercises for muscle building you have to take good amount of proteins proteins are available in 1. Eggs 2.meat 3.moong dal 4.sprouts 5.banana shake 6.almods 7.paneer 8.soup you can have whey protein but it should be consumed after knowing your height and weight, your age and your dose and under the guidance of gym instructor.

Basically Ayurveda believes in fresh juice its called as swaras. and if it is taken as a medicine then its has quantity i.e. dose 10 to 20 ml. i think don't take it. Ayurveda also had side effects which are not life threatening but cause disturbances in body. so always take ayurvedic medicines under guidance of Ayurvedic doctor. plz tell your friends coliguies also
