Hi For weight gain you must take high calloric food. Take a early morning breakfast. The breakfast sho uld consist a big glass of milk. To increase the caloric value of milk add 2 tablespoon sugar+2 tablespoon Bournvita. Along with milk in breakfast take a bread with with plenty of butter, two Bananas and two fried eggs. All this breakfast will cause slight heaviness and belching in the first few days but if continuied with a little will power, it will do a lot of good in future For glowing skin you must take Wheat, Old barley, Rice, Green gram (Mudga ), Pigeon pea (arhar ), Masura, Patola, Kakmachi, Garlic and Cucumber (kheera) .Do not take Newly harvested cereals (navanna), Black gram (udada), Radish, Sour and heavy substance, Milk, Curd, Sugarcane product, Jaggery. Mild exercise (alpa vyayama) and Bathing are useful. Day sleeping and Mental stress should be avoided. There are many usefull medicine in Ayurveda for those conditions. You may consult me on Lybrate.

You need to have some motivation in your life. Check the occurrence pattern of your problem. Besides: -drink 2-3 liters water daily -increase intake of fresh fruits and veggies in your diet -try to sleep before 10 pm -avoid usage of electronic items before sleep -massage with olive oil on your feet before sleep -try to avoid stress if still problem persists then you should go for your thyroid level and BMI checkup.

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. Hi, Include whole grain cereals, legumes and pulses, vegetables, fruits, Whole milk and other dairy products, lean meat, fish, egg. Avoid refined flour, red meat, oily and fat foods, junk food, sugary foods, alcohol, butter, ghee. Stay hydrated all the time. You have to do exercise/ workout in order to get rid of extra calories if any. For your post workout meal include oats with milk, paneer, skin out chicken (stewed preferably), fish (salmon, mackerel, tuna), eggs, sprouts, quinoa as they all are rich in protein. Consider taking olive oil, almonds, dry dates, raisins, green tea as they help you relieve your stress and build up strength and immunity. You can go with any one of the above according to your wish list. Its better a take a pre-workout snack which consists of carbohydrate, it can be a fruit, a breakfast cereal in a limited quantity, milkshake without excess sugar. You can change it accordingly but you have to see that the options are healthy and mind your portions.

Food items with good source of protein will give you muscle mass. If you are regular in exercise then include good amount of protein with your daily food intake. 'Protein source: Egg, Chicken, Fish, Mutton, Beef, milk, all pulses, legumes and beans' Before one hour of your exercise take food items with good amount of protein and energy (Fruit milk shakes, Mix nuts shake, Home made protein bars etc). Avoid fatty foods before exercise, and start your exercise with one glass of water, in between exercise sips the water and after exercise once your heart rate come to normal take sufficient water. Also after exercise eat protein rich foods. According to your convenience arrange the food intake and exercise and in between food intake don't put more gap, try to keep minimum 2.5 hrs and maximum 3 hrs. Don't stick with particular type of food. Include all different colors of vegetables and fruits, cereals and millets. Arrange your exercise with your trainer, don't concentrate a particular muscle.

Inspite of proteinx powder, you can alter your diet for weight gain - Eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts. You can also follow by adding vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet. You can choose from a variety of malted mixtures. Try to add more of the malted mix rather than using synthetic sugar. You can use a few high-fiber biscuits or cookies to dip and munch upon. Dinner Options for Gaining Weight Dinner needs some planning since you need to end your day on a calorie high. You should combine at least one type of green vegetable along with a dal or a serving of chicken or fish with some gravy. It is better to have more of rice for dinner rather than rotis from the perspective of gaining weight. Ensure you ask the person cooking meals to use lentils with higher calorie content. This includes black grams and kidney beans. Include whole grain cereals, legumes and pulses, vegetables, fruits, Whole milk and other dairy products, lean meat, fish, egg to maintain healthy weight. Avoid refined flour, red meat, oily and fat foods, junk food, sugary foods, alcohol, butter, ghee. Stay hydrated all the time. Small weight with more repetition will give endurance and high weight with limited repetition will increase the muscle strength' This is the normal formula of exercise. With exercise include sufficient protein rich sources (Egg, Milk, all pulses, legumes and beans) with food. One hour before exercise take easily digestible energy rich food items (Fruits milk shakes, Mix nuts milk shakes, home made protein bars etc) after exercise also take foods with good sources of protein. Protein will help you to build new cells and with regular exercise you will get strong muscles.

For weight gain, no need to take any kind of medicine you should focus on your dietary pattern, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories like pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins can take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Go for exercise. Include more protein rich food in your diet as well as carbohydrate intake. You should take frequent meal, include combination of dry fruits, seeds in your diet.

For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and don't take heavy meals. Firstly try to improve your digestion process if you are taking normal diet and you are facing the problem then you should go for liver function test.
