Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If he is feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

Hi, Before three or four month, I have my exams due to which I feel stress and was not able to sleep at that night. After that day I am facing problem of sleepiness. I am fear in myself that what I do is sleep is not come due to fear of sleepless. I am not able to sleep and start more facing sleepless problem and feel depressed and frustrated. For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. Identifying and treating any underlying causes can help you get the better sleep you deserve. Take medicine, Passiflora Q, 20 drops in half cup of water, 2 hours before your normal sleeping time If above things doesn't help you, then consult us for homeopathic medicines.

It has been seen that the same dose becomes ineffective after some time (also known as Antidepressant Tachyphylaxis or poop out syndrome). To resolve this problem, first increase the dose to 15 mg. Firstly you need to calm down and relax your self before starting a conversation with the help of breathing exercises. Slow down your speed and prolong the word whenever you stutter. If it doesn't work then Consult a speech therapist and take speech therapy sessions.

Alcohol dependence is associated with significant physical, mental and social problems. Physically, there can be liver failure, jaundice, vomiting of blood, passing blood in stools, stomach ulcers, damage to nerves of the body, swelling of legs, fluid collection in abdomen, and many more. Mentally, there is irreversible brain damage, worsening of anxiety or depression, triggering of psychosis and mood disorders, dementia, etc. From a social point of view, there may be isolation from neighbors or family, increased abusive behavior to children or spouses, legal problems, accidents, etc. Anti craving medications are available which will help to reduce the craving. If you are talking to yourself, that is not as good sign. At your age a lot of things could be happening especially due to hormonal disturbances. Some of these will be issues that have had origins in childhood and are looking for a resolution. I suspect that there could be something you are looking at that needs immediate attention. If you do not resolve that, you will carry a permanent negative trait into adulthood. Meet with a counselor along with your parents and get help soon. In the meantime do get involved with people and spend less time alone. Do interesting activities and get active in sports and exercise.
