Generally at this age there is deficiency of ca and vit Dand the knee joint start to degenerate. You should avoid stars and squatting . Take cal and vit D and do knee exercise

I'm 59+. Everything including hemoglobin kidney lungs heart thyroid prostate b/p heart are okay. But platelet count is only 60k. I repeated the test, but same result was obtained. I didn't have fever or bloodoozing from nose etc. What's the reason for the deficiency? remedy? is this an advanced indication of any health issues?

• Take a thin slice of potato and rub your underarms with it for about 5-10 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water. • Alternatively, grate a potato and squeeze out the juice from the grated things. Apply this juice to your underarms with the help of your fingers or a cotton ball. Leave it for about 10 minutes and then wash off. Use potatoes at least twice a day to see faster results which you can expect to see in seven days time with lightened skin under your arms.

Height is usually always dominated by Genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you wont grow very much more...There are no amazing magic ways to get taller...Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get TONS of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching..Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height...take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water..

It seems to be due to acute gastritis . Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. Especially in the night, have light dinner. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Drink plenty of liquids. Take antacid tablet 1 before breakfast. Hope this helps u. If required, consult.

HI…A) apply mixture of honey and fresh juice of BASIL LEAVES on face, two times in a day B) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals C) take 30 ml juice of BASIL LEAVES and LEMON along with 10 ml of HONEY and 30 ml of water, early in the morning, on empty stomach. You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

You can definitely reduce Fat ,Follow this Low calorie, normal protein, vitamins and minerals, low carbohydrate, low fat and liberal fluid, high fibre diet is recommended. 1) There is no other way of reducing weight except by consuming less calories. 2) Deep fried, processed foods, pickles, papads, pastries, biscuits, nuts, chocolates, ice creams, deserts should be completely avoided. 3) During business meetings go for plain rice with thin dals and lots of salads. 4) Dinner should be taken as early as possible 5) Simple sugars, nuts, dry fruits ( except almonds and walnuts) should be restricted. 6) Small frequent meals ( containing high fibre, low fat ,moderate to low carbohydrates , moderate proteins, normal vitamins and minerals)with regular exercise is beneficial. 7) Begin your meal with a big bowl of salad or soups. 8) Drink plenty of water. 9) Do not skip meals 10) Prefer roasted /grilled /steamed/boiled food items. 11) Tea consumption should be reduced . Replace tea with organic green tea. Do not have tea along with any meal. 12) Consumption of full cream milk will increase fat percentage so skimmed milk is a good option. Avoid -Rice, Sugar ,Potato ,Sweets,Beet , Ghee, fried foods,j unkfood ,vada, samosa, bhajji, Banana ,Grapes ,Chickoo,Seetaphal ,Mango Avoid Mutton ,organ meats, egg yolk, buffaloes milk, cheese, paneer ,pizza ,burger,Choclates etc. Have 2-3 Cups of ecovalley green Tea ,it will help reducing Weight & Fat.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. I assure you that you definitely gain weight & height fastly by following them. Be healthy

I traveled by bus 24 hours, in almost empty stomach on 31oct-1 November I had feverish feeling till 3rd from 2nd. But I'm having very loose motions, almost liquid as urine. I didn't have any proper solid food since 36 hours since I vomit out yesterday morning and afternoon. Since yesterday afternoon I haven't taken any solid. I'm on gluco, and fruit juices. I've taken Triphala from today morning twice and now my hunger has been partially restored. I've taken one tablet of norbax now.

I'm 59+. Recently I had a master health check up in hyderabad. All the reports on haemoglobin heart thyroid prostate kidney liver b/p etc were normal. Only the blood sugar levels are little bit high which I know. I am taking glycomet gp. 5 twice daily. But the platelet count is only 60k. I repeated the test but got same results twice more. What might be the reasons and what complicacies might arise? how will it increase?
