Hi lybrate-user There could be many reasons for weight gain. You are gaining weight due to hormone and metabolic imbalance in body. Hormonal imbalance can be treated with right food and supplement. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. Hi lybrate-user If you wanna loose wt in 3 months then strictly follow the diet n Pranayam. Avoid sugar completely even in natural form mean sugar of fruits. Do yoga mainly suryanamaskar and Kapalbati for at least for 45 min daily n walk 1000steps morning n evening.

It appears to me that your sister is suffering from mild anxiety. Regarding anaemia do Hb% test to quantify anaemia. Adv-Daily morning walk for 1/2 hr Balanced diet. Iron rich food.

Hello Lybrate Users,

I am posting on this topic as many of users have been asking on the same issue.

 

Pros

1. It has nice taste.

2. Freshness lasts longer.

3. Has good antibacterial property of neem and turmeric.

4. Its soothing action on the cavities and gums.

5. Minimum side effects.

 

Cons:

1. It cannot be an alternative to dental treatment as it cannot reverse progression of disease of gums or cavities.

2. As it soothens (obtundant) effect of clove oil on regular basis misguides the pain response which would end up in the end stages of the disease finally results increased cost of dental treatment in late stages of the disease or the tooth should be removed if caries or periodontal progression goes beyond to save the tooth.

3. The turmeric might cause tooth discolouration in long run.

 

As far as to my knowledge is concern use it just if you want to give a try but I will never recommend on a daily basis.

Tofu is produced using soybean drain and appears to be like paneer. Though paneer can be effectively be made at home by souring milk, planning of tofu is not as basic. Which is more beneficial?

according your age it can due to over strain activity so do hot fermentation and put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 to 20 times twice a day. it will help you otherwise physiotherapy treatment. if u HV calcium deficiency then a x-ray must. avoid long standing till relief
