Is pelvic infection is curable and again both partners can enjoy the sex and can a lady get pregnant and is that normal to have PID to a lady.

Though it is not normal to have PID but it very much curable and and nothing wrong happens to the married life. Pregnancy is also possible after it is treatment.

Physical Activity - How It Can Boost Your Immunity?

A healthy person can be more productive; increased productivity will eventually lead to success and happiness. However, all of this goes for a toss when you suffer from frequent illness. The frequency of falling sick is also known to reduce a body’s immunity further.

And, exercise is known to boost not only the immune system of the body, but also keeps the bones and the heart healthy, preventing the risk of many diseases and illnesses. It is in the last few decades that various studies and research has confirmed a number of health benefits associated with regular exercise, immunology being one of them.

Physical activity boosts the immune system

Doctors have found that regular physical activities help in boosting the cells that are there in the body to attack the bacteria and other disease-causing microbes when they enter the body. In people who do not exercise at all, these cells turn out to work rather more slowly compared to those who lead an active daily life with a few hours or minutes of physical activities in it. And as a result of exercising, the immune system becomes well-equipped to prevent attacks of germs which could make you sick.

Can doing too much physical activity be harmful?
Physical activity is primarily known for keeping your body in a perfect shape and your weight under control. However, one must understand that it can only help the body's natural immune system when done at a moderate level, as overdoing it can lead to suppressing the normal immune functions instead. If you don’t give your body the rest it requires, the immune system can become weaker than before, making you feel weak, tired and badly run down.

How can you boost your immunity power through exercise?
One doesn't need to be an athlete or start doing heavy weightlifting to boost the body's immunity power. Walking half an hour daily or spending a few hours every week in the gym can help you develop better immunity. Remember, the whole concept behind physical exercise boosting the immune system of the body lies in speeding up the cells of the immune system so that, it can fight off the bacteria. Therefore, as long as an exercise is boosting the cells' functionality, you're good to go, irrespective of whether it's swimming or cycling or regular jogging.

Though, there are still debates on the direct relationship between exercises and how it improves the immune functions of the body, immunologists and allergy specialists have found simple truths about the impact of exercise on immunology. Therefore, outside of helping your body in becoming healthier over time, there’s no denying that regular exercise can help the body in fighting off harmful diseases as well, by boosting its immune power.

5. गठिया में उपयोगी
हल्दी में निहित उत्कृष्ट एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी गुण दोनों ऑस्टियोआर्थराइटिस और रूमेटाइड गठिया के इलाज के लिए उत्तम आहार है. इसके अलावा हल्दी की एंटीऑक्सिडेंट गुण शरीर में मुक्त कणों (फ्री रेडिकल्स) को नष्ट कर देते हैं जिससे शरीर को क्षति पहुँच सकती है.
6. करे लिवर का संरक्षण
हल्दी एक प्रकार के प्राकृतिक लिवर डिटॉक्सीफायर के रूप में लिवर एंजाइमों के उत्पादन के माध्यम से रक्त को साफ़ करती है. इसके साथ ही हल्दी इन महत्वपूर्ण एंजाइमों के उत्पादन को बढ़ाती है. ये महत्वपूर्ण एंजाइम शरीर में विषाक्त पदार्थों को तोड़ उनकी मात्रा को कम कर देते हैं.
7. घाव को जल्दी भरने में
हल्दी में प्राकृतिक रूप से एंटीसेप्टिक और जीवाणुरोधी गुण मौजूद होने के कारण इसे संक्रमण की रोकथाम के रूप में इस्तेमाल की जाती है. हल्दी क्षतिग्रस्त त्वचा की मरम्मत में मदद करती है और इसका उपयोग छालरोग (सोरायसिस) और अन्य सूजन संबंधी त्वचा विकार के इलाज के लिए किया जा सकता है.
8. करे मधुमेह को नियंत्रित
हल्दी के इस्तेमाल से मधुमेह के इलाज में इंसुलिन के स्तर को कम किया जा सकता है. यह ग्लूकोज नियंत्रण में सुधार लाता है और मधुमेह के इलाज के लिए इस्तेमाल दवाओं के प्रभाव को बढ़ाता है. हल्दी टाइप -2 डायबिटीज की शुरुआत को रोक सकता है.
9. कोलेस्ट्रॉल को कम करने में
सिर्फ हल्दी को एक भोजन के रूप में इस्तेमाल करने से सीरम कोलेस्ट्रॉल का स्तर कम हो सकता है. उचित कोलेस्ट्रॉल का स्तर बनाए रखने से कई कार्डियोवास्कुलर (हृदय सम्बंधित) रोगों को रोका जा सकता है.
10. इम्युनिटी के लिए
हल्दी की जीवाणुरोधी, एंटी-वायरल और एंटी-फंगल एजेंट, प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली को मजबूत करने में सहायता करते हैं. एक मजबूत प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली सर्दी, फ्लू और खांसी से पीड़ित होने की संभावना कम करती है. यदि आप सर्दी, खांसी या फ्लू से पीड़ित हैं, तो आप एक गिलास गर्म दूध में एक चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर को मिलाकर दिन में एक बार पी सकते हैं.

Use aziderm cream at night. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Excessive Or Unwanted Facial Hair - Get Your Hormones Checked!

Every woman likes to look into the mirror and find not an extra strand of hair on her face, be it the upper lip or near the ears. While it is not uncommon for women to have hair on these and other areas, most women resort to multiple ways to get rid of this. The pattern of this unnecessary hair growth is very similar to the pattern seen in males normally.

This condition of excessive hair growth is known as hirsutism and can be caused by multiple causes, as listed below.

  1. Genetic or racial: While the European women have a more clean face that is free of hair, the Mediterranean and Indian women are highly likely to have more facial hair growth. There is also a strong family history relation, and it is hereditary.
  2. Androgens (testosterone): This is a male hormone, essential for the development of male sexual characters. Though it is present in very minute amounts in all women, in some, there could be higher than these minimal levels, leading to minor masculine characters, facial hair being one of them.
  3. Hormonal imbalances: There are multiple hormonal issues which can manifest as increased facial hair growth. The two most common ones include polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and adrenal conditions including tumours, Cushing's syndrome, and hyperplasia. In all these cases, there is increased amount of androgens, leading to excessive facial hair.
  4. Medication side effect: Some medications like testosterone, cyclosporine, anabolic steroids, and Minoxidil also lead to increased amounts of facial hair in women. Some other medications used to treat migraines, seizures, schizophrenia, and hypertension can also cause hirsutism. This is indirectly due to increased levels of male hormones in the system, producing these effects.
  5. Birth control pills: These also affect the hormone levels and lead to increased facial hair.
  6. Obesity: Most women with facial hair are also on the heavier side, and most people have a reduction in hair once weight is managed.

Treatment: The underlying cause should be treated for controlling hair growth. If there is an inducing medication, an alternative should be looked at. While hormone levels can be altered, in most cases, not much can be done. These need to be dealt with using one of the following methods - depilatory creams, waxing, plucking, shaving, laser reduction, electrolysis, and weight loss.

When reading through the above, it is obvious that a lot of causes for hirsutism point towards hormones. This also helps identify hormonal abnormalities in the earlier stages. This helps to identify hormonal disorders in their earlier stages, which are managed with lesser complications. The next time you feel there is more hair on your chin or cheeks, get your hormone levels checked.

I want to know the best time for exercise. I want to start workout. My lower body has more fat than upper. I am 32-24-33 I do external studies n stay whole day at home. I want my shoulders to be more firm n strong. I feel I have bloating belly whenever I eat plenty. My food intake time is following: 8 am. Breakfast 11 am. Snacks 1.30 pm. Lunch 5.30 pm. Snacks. 8.30 pm. Dinner I can skip one time snacks to adjust workout time. Please do suggest me time accordingly.
