I feel very much pain in my foots and ankle. Dr. says me that this is planter type something prob. I hav bullion also in both feet. I am very much uncomfortable. I cannot wear any shoes slippers also. Outer ares of foots became red and feel pin type pain .what I do .

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Sinusitis is usually has cold with blocked nose. Pain is in affected side of nose, maxillary area. But in migraine there may or may not be cold, usually one sided headache. Nauseatus sensation, gastric disturbances are often present. Patient feels better after vomiting as it reduces the pressure in head.

Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - If pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - If the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and If the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out Migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - If the pain is associated with either low or high BP or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

My daughter of age 7 years studying in class 2 complaints chest pain followed by breathing problem especially when. She is in school hrs sometimes at home also. Echo test chest x ray done but all normal. Once I asked to her why its so she replied that homework was not completed so madam will beat. We made her homework uptodate. Two three days absolutely no problem but yesterday evening again she was crying for chest pain. What should I do.

I think you should talk to her or her friends and try to figure out the situation in the school. It is possible that she was scolded or she has witnessed someone else been scolded or physically beaten by the teacher. Please understand the situation from your child's perspective. You will have to convince her that you trust her and will support her in every situation. You can call her friends parents too. Once you understand it from the children's perspective, do not hesitate to approach the teacher or other school authorities/school counselor to seek solution. You will have to handle the situation very cautiously because if she does not let go of this fear at this age, it will affect not just her studies but her entire personality. All the best. Remember she needs all your love and trust.

I m 23 years old Male. My problem is that whenever I go to toilet, I need at least 20-25 minutes. I m totally frustrated with this. You need to change your lifestyle. Engage yourself in some high physical activities. Increase the intake of fibre rich foods, especially soluble fibre like banana, papaya, pineapple, guava, apple, kiwi, mango at least 4-5 servings in a day. Always drink hot water. Also consume sugarcane juice regularly.

Dear lybrate-user take paracetamol 500 tab when you are having headache. You can repeat earliest in 4 to 6 hours. Don't take more than 3 tab in a day. You should check your eyesight too. You might need glasses for distant vision. This is the common cause of headache. Have your meals on time. Low blood sugar can also cause headache. If headache persists consult doctor.

Hello. We can't reverse the established pathology back, but we can control the process in the stage it is so that it wouldn't grow further. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.
