I am facing fat problem so please guide me how can I reduce my fat.
You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no shortcut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Hello Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days.

Hi, If you're looking to maintain hydrated skin, there are steps you can take, including: Avoid exposure to dry air Avoid prolonged contact with hot or chlorinated water Use a gentle cleanser instead of soap Avoid using skin care products that contain alcohol Moisturize immediately after a bath or shower and regularly throughout the day Use a humidifier Wear a scarf and gloves when going out in cold weather If you're concerned about dry skin, contact your health care provider or a dermatologist. You can improve your dry skin by good and healthy intake of food which should includes vitamin A, C, E and protein, lots of water, application of good sunscreen before going out. Drink 10-12 glasses of water, take more of fruits, vegetables, salads, almonds in diet. Sleep for 7-9hrs. daily. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic, Psorinum 200/ once daily and Petroleum 200/ twice daily, take them for 1 month. Use Schwabe's Skin care bathing bar, Calendula & Aloe vera all purpose cream, Bakson's Body oil to be applied.

Ulcers generally take 1-2 weeks to heal completely. Recurrent ulcers can be due to local mouth conditions such as rough teeth surface or rough mouth appliances or dentures n cheek bites. It can also b due to general nutrtional deficiency, digestion prob, work pressure n stressful lifestyle etc. Certain bacterial n viral infections also cause ulcers. Treatment: start on multivitamin tabs which includes vit c n iron supplements if your hb% levels r low. Apply dologel oral ointment on ulcers thrice daily. Avoid spicy n oily food, alcohol, tea n coffee. Drink plenty of water n hv fibrous n citrous foods. Visit dentist to rule out oral factors responsible for ulcers.

You will need to first check out what stains you have on your teeth. If those are minor then maybe scaling, polishing and bleaching can take care of it. In case you still need to go for veneers, then usually the front 6-10 teeth in the upper and lower jaw are treated, which will get you that perfect smile. Hye. You are young. You need a healthy balanced diet because your nutrition needs for your age are very high for growth. Trying to follow fad diets will only stunt your growth. A healthy lifestyle involves, choosing a balanced diet and healthy eating plan. A healthy eating plan: Emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products Includes lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts Choose foods low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars A healthy eating plan that helps you manage your health includes a variety of foods you may not have considered. If" healthy eating" makes you think about the foods you can't have, try refocusing on all the new foods you can eat—  All seasonal fruits are great. Vegetables ― try something new each week, as per season. Commit to going to the green grocery and trying a new vegetable each week. Calcium-rich foods ― not only milk but curd, paneer or nuts and seeds and some vegetables and pulses too. A new twist on an old favorite ― if your favorite recipe calls for frying fish or breaded chicken, try healthier variations using baking or grilling. Maybe even try a recipe that uses paneer or soya nuggets in place of higher-fat meats. Healthy eating is all about balance. You can enjoy your favorite foods even if they are high in calories, fat or added sugars. The key is eating them only once in a while, and balancing them out with healthier foods and more physical activity. Exercise at least thrice a week. Any exercise you enjoy or a sport or a hobby like dancing etc will do.

Identify your problem first, you need to know why your Breasts are big, this can only be because of: 1. Genetics 2. Obesity 3. Lactation( for lactating mothers) 4. Hormonal Changes 5. Drug side effects You must understand if you are large because of your genes, there is not much you can do without medical intervention. The best is to control your body weight and keep your breast tissue firm to avoid any health hazards. Rest all the other causes can be treated and taken care of with exercises, change in drugs and of course some prescribed medicines. The causes are dealt with in depth here. Body fat reduction plan consists of three phases- food plan , exercise to reduce body fat and then striking the balance between both – your diet and exercise pattern. Now, you must be wondering how body fat reduction can help me in reducing breast size – this will be taken care when you know that your breast consists of mainly fat tissue and reduction in body fat will result in automatic size reduction of breasts. This is quite an effective method but this will not help ladies who have:  Big breasts because they are genetically big.  Big bust size and the breast is less of fat and more of glandular tissue – thus this may help some and may not prove too effective for others. Exercising is always good and this makes your body firm and devoid of flab. The best exercises are cardio exercises like running, jogging and cycling. Apart from cardiovascular training when you are planning to reduce breast size you must add definite strength training exercises too to your fitness regime, as this helps in building and toning of your pectoral muscles that is chest muscles and firms the breast tissue as well. Bench press and pushups are best for your breast muscles and they are simple as well you can do it twice a week in gym or at home as well. The only thing you need to be careful about is the weights you carry, do not go for heavy weight as this will only lead to building up your muscles and makes you look broader and heavier. Below I have listed down some best exercises that will help you Reduce breast eventually  Pushups  Dips  Barbell Bench Press  Pec Deck Butterflys Using a Pec Deck machine, seat yourself in it accordingly. Perform the exercise by squeezing your forearms and elbows in together so that you virtually touch them together at the peak of the movement. Be sure to really squeeze your pecs at the peak of this movement for a one-count. Return to the start position and repeat.  Decline Dumbbell Flyes Position yourself on a decline bench, flat on your back. Have your spotter hand you each dumbbell. When you begin this movement, you want your arms to be stretched out wide to your sides with your elbows slightly bent and your palms facing inward, toward one another. When you lift the dumbbells up together, visualize hugging a giant tree trunk. At the peak of the movement, really squeeze your pecs together for a one-count. Be sure to lower the dumbbells in a slow and controlled fashion. Repeat this movement for as many repetitions as you can until failure. Remember to always use a spotter when performing this and almost every other free weight exercise! With all this you must take care of your diet too – eat healthy and apt food , do not go for crash diet as it may lead to weakness as you have taken up a exercise plan and you need to take some calories to burn them. Big size Breasts although attract a lot of attention- they may cause you embarrassment sometimes too so to avoid physical and mental pain from your big bust you must stick to some given food choices: 1. Fruits – Fruit diet is what is always recommended, a bowl full of fruits that are rich in nutrients and water content should be your first preference. Fruits contain antioxidants that help you reduce weight and remain healthy. This will help you maintain your body fat proportion and thus a natural way to reduce breast fat. 2. Vegetables- Having lot of vegetables is also recommended as like fruits Vegetables are also good source of nutrients and antioxidants that keep you metabolically active. Being active means you will not tend to put on weight and managing weight is the key to your over grown bust. Veggies like Spinach, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower etc. that have no starch are best. 3. Fish- best protein source- For your daily protein source you must rely on fish only this is the lowest calorie protein source. This will help your muscles in getting healthier and toned. Fats are minimal in fish. Fishes like Tuna, trout &salmon are best to use. 4. Nuts- nuts are also source of energy and necessary antioxidants and nutrients which are necessary for a female body to cope up with everything. Best nuts that you must include in your diet are walnut, almond and Brazilian nuts along with macadamia nuts that are neither salted nor coated with sugar. The intake of nuts helps you maintain healthy metabolism again the key to weight management. The food management is an important part. If you have a healthy diet you tend to manage weight and have less body fat which leads to automatic and natural reduction of breast. This regime if combines with exercise works best.

Tension can never be the way out.Question is how you implement this tension as your strength to reduce your weight.You will have to really work hard on your eating habits and your daily schedule but prime important is your mind and at the age 13,I dont think a child has a strong enough mind to control her habits.So being a homoeopath,I will try to reduce her weight with some homoeopathic medicines and a diet plan according to her tastes,so that she dont feel uncomfortable.So please provide me the details that how and when she started increasing weight and what are her food habits and diet.

Ayurveda is a renowned life science that has been credited with changing lives since ancient times. Not only can it prevent diseases and ailments, but it can also cure them with its combination of herbal medication, everyday routine and yogic poses. Weight management is a field that also enjoys various Ayurvedic remedies. Some of them are as follows.

  • Herbs: Herbs are a way of healing used by Ayurveda, and the use of various herbs can help in hastening the metabolism for healthy weight management.
  • Taste: Ayurveda recognizes six distinct tastes that should be incorporated into one's daily diet. These tastes include salty, pungent, sour, sweet, bitter and finally, astringent. Each of these tastes has several properties that balance the various hormones and health factors in one's body. These tastes form the various counterpoints to alleviate all kinds of health problems, which finally help in effective weight management. Also, one must eat all the seasonal fruits and vegetables to keep the body and hormones in good balance.
  • Exercise: While a daily routine of exercise is a must in any life science, Ayurveda too propagates the devotion of at least 45 minutes to one hour towards some form of exercise. Walking is said to be the most important and effective forms of exercise, followed by several yoga poses that can help in better weight management. Hi,Use Bakson Sunny Herbal Lip balm . Home Remedy:- 1. take a pinch of haldi powder and one tsp of lemon juice in a bowl, mix it well and apply on to ur lips and wash it after 10 minutes. 2. crush fresh rose petals, mix it with little amount of glycerine and milk cream, now apply on to your lips.use this thrice a day.

I advice you go for deep scaling (professional tooth cleaning) first and then use mouthwash 2 times in a day for 15days. Also I advice you warm saline rinses 2-3 times in a day for 15 days.
