You can wash the hair with a paste made from neem leaves. This is particularly effective for hair loss caused due excessive build up of scalp oil or invasive skin infections. For restoring the alkaline balance of the scalp and preventing hair fall, you can follow this with washing the hair with apple cider vinegar. Other homemade pastes that can be very useful include a mixture prepared from adding honey and olive oil to some cinnamon (dalchini) powder.

Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food.

Hello lybrate-user, darkening of the face only when the whole body is fair is mostly because of tanning due to sun exposure. Skin lightening creams give temporary fairness. After the effect of these creams fade away, the skin color becomes dark again. In order to prevent darkening of the skin due to tanning, you will have to apply sun screen lotion like sun ban spf 30 lotion all over the face and repeat the application every three hours. The effect of sunscreen fades away within 3 hours and hence it becomes necessary to re-apply. Besides you can use some home remedies to reduce your current tanning: * mix besan with some honey and lemon and apply over the face. Keep it for 15 minutes and wash it off with warm water. * mix lemon juice with honey and apply it all over the face. Keep it till the pack becomes dry and then wash it off with warm water. * grind some masoor daal into a coarse powder. Mix milk in some masoor daal and add a little bit of turmeric to it. Apply it over the face and keep it till the pack becomes dry. Wash it off with luke warm water. The above home remedies can be practiced minimum twice a week.

I am ovary cancer patient but I have completed the surgery and chemotherapy and now I am ok.in surgery my uterus and both the ovaries are removed. Now I want to loss my weight so that I had join gym and after 1st month of doing exercises I loss 5 kg but after completing the 2nd month it increase 7 kg. Hello, firstly let me applaud you for being so brave and fighting the cancer and secondly for being daring enough to hit the gym. That apart are you on any pills or are you taking any protein supplements or any herbal powders for weight loss, if yes, I think you shud stop them and consult a nutritionist who wud be able to give you the best advise on diet! diet and exercise complement each other.

Atkeast 30 min. Work out is a must. Rip inning/jogging whenever you find time in the day/eve/night. Diet is the main focus after workout. -in the morning, take one glass hot lemon water with honey 8: 00 a. M. -take light breakfast like, poha/upma/plain idli /sandwich with one glass milk10: 00 a. M. -eat one fruit like banana/melon/apple 12: 00 -have butter milk and then take your meal.(eat either steamed rice or chapati, not both and eat lesser than you normally eat.) 2: 00 p. M. -take green tea 4: 00 p. M. -eat roasted chana/ khakhra, one digestive or marie biscuit with tea/coffee/bournvita/proteinex (you may add sugar if you feel the need) 6: 00 p. M. -eat dinner like boiled vegetables/baked vegetables/soup /khichdi (idea is to take dinner 3-4 hours before bed time) 8: 00 p. M. If you are starving with this diet, you can add few more healthy foods, but keep a gap of two hours in each. You may redo the timings with the same gap, according to your schedule.

Hello, lybrate user, obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. If you are really serious about losing weight, then I would advise you not to rely on any medicine for long term fat loss and fitness. Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) Refined sugar consumption (2) Exercise and Hydration (3) Posture and sitting (4) How many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: Refined Sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: Get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: Improve posture and sitting habits If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: Stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ML of hard Liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

If your hair loss is due to hormonal dysfunction, foods rich in vitamins can help set that right. Vitamin A-rich foods such as mangoes, carrots and other yellow-colored foods can be a rich source of this important vitamin. However, too much intake of vitamin A can cause hair loss too, so be careful to not overdo it.
