How can I reduce my weight because its getting very over so please tell me some suggestion and diet plan for it.
HI, We can plan a customised diet plan for you based on your food preferences, lifestyle, blood group. Few general tips to lose weight include: Reduce intake of carbohydrates (rice, roti, bread) and fat (ghee, butter, oil). Avoid sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Have a high protein (milk, paneer, curd, soybean, pulses, sprouts, kala chana) and high fiber diet (fruits, vegetables). Have a light and early dinner (by 8: 00 pm). Have 5 -6 small and frequent meals instead of only 3 main heavy meals. For daily diet plan and to lose 3-5 kg in a month, consult our dietician on a private chat on Lybrate.

Hi, if you are looking for weight loss, for breakfast, you can have oats with milk / namkeen oats, wheat flakes with milk and fruit, vegetable sandwich, 1 egg and 1 toast with milk /tea. For lunch and dinner, have 2 chapatis with green vegetable, dal or non-veg, salad, curd. Avoid sweets, fried foods, junk foods, juices. Have buttermilk, whole fruits, sprouts in between meals. Have a light and early dinner (by 8: 00 pm). Son't skip meals.

For weight gain, you have to increase your daily food intake. Try to eat healthy foods after every 2-3 hours. Add one extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add a sweet dish after meals. Include milkshakes, juices, dry fruits like kaju, kismis, badaam, cookies, fruits like banana, chickoo, muskmelon, grapes. Have foods like dhoklas, idlis, dosa, bhelpuri, aloo chaat, cheese or paneer sandwiches in evening snacks or in between main meals. For more details, consult us on a private Lybrate chat.

As per your age, our weight is ok. For a fit body, include protein foods like eggs, paneer, milk, curd, kala chana, pulses (dals), chicken. Include fruits and green vegetables in your daily diet. Exercise, jog or run atleast for 30 min everyday. Reduce fried foods, junk foods - once a week is ok.

For weight loss, increase your protein and fiber intake. Include fruits, salads and vegetables in your daily diet.
