CAN INSULIN RESISTANCE BE REVERSED? When I went for a regular check my gp saw the thickening on neck area and ordered a fasting insulin test it was 26. I haven't gone back to him yet. By googling this I have seen insulin resistance as the cause and also if I go without a meal for 6 hours I get sweaty and tired and crave food. My fasting bg is 78 and pp is 129.
