One of the well known natural fruits that is ideal for dieters and to reduce weight is peaches. ���Make it a point to consume at least one peach every day. ���It just contains 68 calories and does not have any fat. ���You can substitute carbohydrate rich vegetables with the peach fruit and this will help in reducing your weight.

Dear, If you eat well you will increase your weight. First of all do walking in the morning followed by anulom vilom Pranayam. Eat more of Bananas after that chew 1 -2 cardamom. Cut slices of Ginger and squeez lemon on it, sprinkle salt and lick it 15 mins before meals. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Staying hydrated is an important aspect of weight loss that people often brush off-you don?t want to gain water weight and feel bloated right? Either that or you hear that you should drink ice cold water to burn more calories. Not exactly. Do a medical check up if there is any health problem or not.Do muscle building exercise.Eat more food more often.Use dense fruits and vegetables.Take whole wheat,whole grain,unrefined foods.Use nuts and seeds more.Take fish,egg,lean meat,yogurt,cottage cheese,tofu,mushroom.Take olive,oil,fish oil,canola in cooking extra.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Stay stress free and quality sleep.

1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Dear lybrate-user, your ideal weight depends on your height also. A sedentary lifestyle definitely tends to gain weight, especially once you cross 30 years of age. Overweight can cause many health -related issues. So it's important to maintain an ideal body weight. Try to go for brisk walks/ jog / play outdoor games like basketball, badminton, cricket, at least 30 minutes daily. Try to avoid late and heavy dinners as it tends to gain weight. Don't skip breakfast. Have fruits and vegetables, milk, high-protein foods daily and avoid sweets and fried foods.

Hi, hope you are suffering from upper respiratory track infection known as urti. Because of dry cough and throat irritation such events are seen. Coughing is a natural body reflex. It keeps the lungs, throat and airway clear of foreign material. Take home remedies like- 1. Crush a handful of thoroughly washed basil leaves 2. Crush a small (1 inch) piece of ginger 3. If it makes you tired, you should reduce it. Instead of measuring in time, you may measure in distance. Walking 8 kms is ideal. You can also go for sauna bath to loose fat. If you walk that much, take energy drink like tang or lemon water along. It will give you energy.

Dietary advice to lose weight one has to persist with a drastic reduction in the intake of carbohydrates, (especially refined sugars) and fats, increase intake of proteins and increase the expenditure of energy by regular exercise. Starving oneself does not work for any length of time and three meals at regular times, eaten slowly is the best method. Avoid snacking between meals, have a good breakfast, moderate lunch and a light dinner. The foods to avoid are sugars, or anything that contains sugar and fat such as bakery products, ice creams, desserts, fried foods (like pranthe, pakore, puris) pizza and potatoes. Rice can be replaced with two chapattis made of multigrain atta. To fill your stomach one should take lots of fruits (papaya, apples, guava) and green vegetables (cucumber, ghia, laoki, teenda, and tori) and sprouted dal. Milk should be double toned. The protein intake should be increased by taking egg white, fish and chicken should be cooked in small amounts of olive / sunflower oil. Vegetarians can use soya bean dal, nutri nuggets and cottage cheese made from double toned milk.The best exercise is jogging or brisk walking for at least 45 minutes, five days a week.

Advice: 1. Your pp blood sugar is high 2. You can increase your your dose of the tablet two times daily. 3. Diet: (a) avoid fasting and feasting.(b) avoid white sugar jaggery. Honey, all soft drinks, juices, junk foods, bakery items (avoid maida, ghee, butter, fried items, mutton beef pork,(c) eat regularly once in four hours. Hello Doctor, I am working a Graphics Designer cum Event Manager at a Event Management Company. From 2 years I have put on a lot of weight which I had lost by dieting, walking and massages. Eat foods high in fiber like watermelon cucumber green leafy veggies .Cut on fats,sugars,soda,Junk foods & soft drinks. Drink adequate amount of water. Whenever hungry grab on fruits or fiber biscuits keep them always in your bag. And yes exercise is a must but though there is a time constraint for most of them these days try following some of these. 1. Park your vehicle 5-10 min away from your premise and then walk. 2.Use stairs instead of using elevator always 3. Most of the times when on the phone walk around and talk instead siting at a place with best of health and happiness

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and ½ cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Hello User, If are going to gym then protein powder can be consume no a issue but its not a only option you may take Eggs, Soyabean and moong etc instead of powder as these are rich in protein and fibers.

hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications.
