I am from kerala. I did odentectomy. Extraction of third molars-3nos and 2 teeth abv them on 6th may & is advised 2 take light food for 3 months. Since lower jaw bone is. Weak and may break. I am a veg. But a bit overweight. 83kg. With a height of 175 cm. With a fatty tummy. I wish to take this also as a step 2 reduce weight. I used 2 ply shuttle badminton. But wil hv 2 stop that also for 3 months. I can only take a morning walk. Please advice a veg diet suitable 4 kerala to reduce weight. By say 10 to 15kg.

Lybrate-user you take liquids more like juices coconut water, rasam, light soft khichdi soft rice idli dosa dal, sambhar boiled vegetables payasam etc. Drink lots of water and do yoga and walk regularly.

hello lybrate user weight reduction can be achieved by multidimensional approach like dietary changes, life style modification and medications. avoid fatty, spicy, junk food and refined stuff increase intake of whole grain and fibre rich food like daliya, salad , oats, juices, soups, almonds, wallnut, raisins etc. practice pranayam and yoga , take brisk walk for 30 minutes, do exercise vigoriously. some of ayurvedic formulations are available for weight reduction . medohara ark is best remedy for weight loose.for more queries pls consult

Do regular exercise to gain weight. Eat extra foods. Do not skip meals. Take ghee, butter, cream etc. Use refined foods extra with unrefined. Take dense vegetables, fruits. Take more fish, egg, meat etc. Use healthy fats in cooking. Drink plenty of water but not during meals. Take nuts, seeds. Use supplement. Take proper rest.

How to prevent hair fall and dandruff?
Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Make a good routine having time for some exercise causing sweating, take fruits and green vegetables daily. Have egg or protein via various dals. Have enough water a day. Sleep at or around 10 pm and get up at 6 am to start the day. Breath holding exercise and some yoga postures under guidance will help.

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Laziness is all in the head. Just get up and decide to do something productive. There are no foods to cure laziness. Eat foods that are local and seasonal. Avoid fasting long hours and also don't overeat. If lack of energy is still an issue get your thyroid and blood sugar and hemoglobin levels checked.

Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food and black heads and neck black marks are due to insulin resistance. You should not loose weight your height requires 55 kgs and you are already at lower side so gain some weight instead of loosing. At least till 52 kg you should gain. But you can maintain your figure and should not loose.

I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through diet. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. lybrate-user, Madam when placent is at the lower end of the uterus, it obstructs the birth passage. Hence, natural or unassisted delivery is most unlikely to happen. Plus is dangerous to the fetus. Because the birth canal is blocked by placenta, only way to deliver the baby is by a cesarean section. There is no option. There is no reason to panic, as it has become a simple surgery with hardly any complications. Thanks.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Dear lybrate user, take homoeopathic mother tincture acid phos q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals in a cup of water. Try to get a un-interrupted sleep of 8 hours daily. start doing surya namaskar in morning, also start doing Prithvi Mudra with your fingers for 2o minutes, keep your intestine clean by drinking atleast 3 to 4 liters water everyday but make sure you are drinking water after your meals, give a gap of 90 minutes after your meals & then drink water, eat a heavy breakfast, consume cow ghee with all your meals, eat lots of paneer, almonds, curd, banana and green leafy vegetables. sleep for atleast 7 to 8 hours, keep your head in south or east direction while sleeping.
