In general, most cases of fatigue \weakness \ laziness may be attributed to three areas: lifestyle factors, medical conditions or psychological problems. A thorough assessment is needed in all three factors to get to the actual cause of weakness. Your diet and day to day life style also is very crucial for right diagnosis I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies.

I am 20 years old. I am ver thin. My weight is 51kg. My height is 5.7. What should be done to gain weight.

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. 2. Peanut Butter -- Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. • Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. • Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Consult me for homeopathic treatment. recommend me by clicking on recommend option and leave feedback.

Is it good to consume Fenugreek whole for cure of diabetes With it be helpful to take Karela juice (a spoon) everyday in morning for diabetes control Shall it be taken whole year in every season.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Fenugreek or karela juice can not assure you a cure for diabetes, but just a little bit benefit only that too for some people and not for all. As the Diabetes is a metabolic disorder affecting multisystem, kindly get treated with Medicines instead of those Home remedies. You sholdnt endanger your life with those. Homoepathy can cure type 2 Diabtes mellitus completely in a period of six months to one year. Consult a homoepath soon.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Dear doctor my wife 50 years suffering from D VITAMIN deficiency, as reports declared. Pl help us how to get D VITAMIN instantly n what food can I take n precautions need to be taken for the same.

PGD Maternal Child Health, MBBS

Relying upon the lab report, if the deficiency of vitamin D is detected, Injection Vitamin D 3 lac to 6 lac units can be given. Good exposure to pre noon sunlight helps the body to prepare its own vitamin D. Vegetarian diet generally does nit contain this vitamin found in animal fats.
