Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. After follow these steps if your problem remain same. It means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i. E thyroid profile. Insulin fasting insulin pp. Going through these reports I can recommend your diet.

While preparing the juice of a bottle gourd, one should not strain with a sieve as the fiber is the key to weight loss. One cannot expect to melt all your fat by just drinking bottle gourd and it has to be coupled with a low calorie diet and adequate exercise. One must have the bottle gourd juice as a first thing in the morning as it is a great way to detox one's body. It is low in calories and fat and rich in antioxidants, which make it a great supplement to weight loss. To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Hello- Prostatorrhea mainly occurs due to gaseous distention, loosening of prostrate muscles or ejaculatory dysfunction. All the aspect denote weak digestive and reproductive system. Hi lybrate-user 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. (if you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon.) drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months. 2. Mix two teaspoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Drink it daily in the morning and preferably before meals. You can also drink a glass of water mixed with one teaspoon each of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. You can have up to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a day. Do not exceed this amount, as it may reduce your blood potassium levels over time and lower your bone mineral density.

Exercise and Vegan diet : Increase the nutritional value
Diet and exercise make up two primary ways to build a healthy lifestyle. A typical vegan diet includes grains, vegetables, fruit, legumes (dried beans, peas and lentils), seeds and nuts.A healthy vegan diet need proper planning to get enough protein, iron, zinc, calcium, vitamins D and B12 and omega-3 fats from foods or supplements.
However, for athletes or anyone interested in being physically active on a regular basis, there may be concerns about getting adequate nutrients such as protein to fuel performance and build muscle.

Since vegetarians consume more plant foods on a regular basis, the absorption of several nutrients may be reduced

If you are a vegetarian, READ on for some advice on getting the balance right and for directions on potential vitamin and mineral deficiencies to look out.


1) Protein:
a) Protein is important for building and keeping muscles and red blood cells healthy. Sources of protein include:
b) Sources:
*soy and soy products like tofu, tempeh and fortified soy beverages
dried beans (kidney, black and white beans),
*peas (chickpeas and black-eyed peas) and lentils (red, brown and green lentils)
*grains (quinoa, brown rice, bulgur and oatmeal)
*nuts, nut butters (hazelnuts and almond butter) and seeds (sesame and sunflower)
*peanuts and peanut butter.

2) Iron

a) Iron helps carry oxygen to different parts of the body.
b) Vegans need about twice as much dietary iron as non-vegetarians because the iron from plant foods (non-heme iron) isn’t as well absorbed as the iron from animal foods (heme iron).
c) Sources:
*some nuts and seeds like cashews, almonds, pumpkin and sesame seeds
* prune juice and dried apricots
*vegetables like cooked spinach, kale and potatoes with their skins
* black strap molasses.
d) Caution :
* Iron from vegetarian sources is better absorbed when eaten with vitamin-C rich foods.
* Also remember some produce such as caffeine can inhibit iron absorption. So try and delay that after after-dinner coffee for at least 30 minutes.

3) Vitamin B2

a) It is responsible for a range of bodily functions such as maintaining healthy eyes, skin, and nervous system.
b) sources: most cereals, mushrooms, milk, pumpkin, sesame seeds, and wheat germ
c) Caution:
* It is also vital for iron absorption and the development of red blood cells and anabolic reactions in the body. .

4) Vitamin D

a) Vitamin D helps the body to absorb and use calcium and phosphorus for strong bones and teeth.
b) Sources of vitamin D include: The recommended daily amount is approximately 10 micrograms and can be found in: soya milk, butter, eggs, soya cheeses, yoghurt.
c) It is also well-known that we can absorb vitamin D from the rays of the sun. Gain sufficient ‘lux’ from natural light on a daily basis.

Calcium
5) Calcium
a) helps bones to grow and stay healthy. It also helps muscles to contract, including making the heart beat.
b) sources: protein rich soya milk, yoghurts and cheeses.
*Other good calcium sources include nuts, seeds, figs, rhubarb and a range of beans.
*soy yogurt, fortified soy beverages and other fortified non-dairy beverages like rice and almond beverage
.
6) Zinc
a) Zinc is needed for growth and development. It also helps strengthen the immune system and heal wounds.
b) sources:
*pulses, wheat germ, whole grains,fortified cereals and whole wheat bread
*some nuts like pecans and cashews and their butters like cashew butter
*peanuts and peanut butter
*pumpkin seeds and sesame seed butter (tahini).

7) Omega-3 fats
a) important for eye, nerve and brain development and are helpful in preventing heart disease.
b) sources:
*oils like canola, flaxseed, walnut and soybean
*ground flaxseed
*soybeans, tofu and walnuts.

8) Vitamin B12
a) plays a role in boosting immune function.
b) You only need to find a few micrograms on a daily basis in order to get sufficient vitamin B12.
c) Sources: soya milk, cheeses, yeast extract, vegetable stock and yoghurts.

Homeopathy for Insect Bite and Stings

Insect bites and stings ( bee, wasp, fire ant, mosquitoes, snakes ) can be painfully annoying. The stings are often accompanied by redness, swelling, pain and inflammation. Some of the stings and bites, if not treated timely, can prove to be fatal. The goodness of homeopathy is known to all.

There are excellent homeopathic medicines available for insect stings and bites:

  1. Formica Rufa: Stings from fire ants can be an awful experience. There is blistering and the affected area appears reddish. The sting results in an excruciating stinging pain. There is uncontrollable itching at the affected site. However, the sting does not result in much swelling. Formica Rufa is an effective homeopathic medicine to treat such stings.
  2. Apis Mellifica: Sometimes, insect bites or stings result in immediate swelling and inflammation at the site of the sting. The unbearable stinging pain is followed by itching. There is a burning sensation and the affected area appears red and hot. In extreme cases, there is considerable swelling of the throat and the mouth (the mucous membrane swells). Apis Mellifica is a powerful medicine providing immense relief. Since the sting site feels hot, a cold compression can be a good option.
  3. Staphysagria: Do not lose sleep over mosquitoes and mosquito bites. Staphysagria is an excellent homeopathic option to deal with mosquito bites. The medicine serves dual purpose. It can be effectively used before (Prophylactic) as well as after the bite. Caladium Seguinum can also be used to treat mosquito and fly bites. 
  4. Ledum and Lachesis: Ledum is the best homeopathic remedy against poisonous animal bites. When it comes to snake bites, nothing can be more helpful than Ledum. The area affected by the bite turns slightly bluish. The area feels cold and there is a pricking pain and inflammation. Sepsis from animal bite can also be prevented by Ledum.

Lachesis is equally helpful against snake bites and other poisonous insect bites. This medicine is recommended in case the injury site appears bluish purple. There may be a haemorrhage, with the blood appearing few shades darker (almost black in some cases).

Though Ledum and Lachesis provide great relief, getting medical assistance is still very important:

  1. At times, an insect sting can leave a person traumatised. There may be a stinging pain with swelling and tingling. Aconitum Napellus is the best option to treat and deal with such situations.
  2. Urtica Urens is helpful against allergic reactions resulting from insect bites and some foodstuffs (shellfish).
  3. Histaminum is useful against insect bites and hay fever.
  4. Cantharis provides relief from stings and bites resulting in inflammation and redness.

Most of the Homeopathic medicines provide almost instant relief from insect bites and stings.

Hello sir, Good afternoon I am 30 years old married female and 2 kids aging 9 and 5 years old and married for 12 yrs. I am 5.4 height and my weight is 72. Last year my periods were irregular I did blood checkup etc and everything was normal. And from last 6 months my period are on line but differ 2 or 4 days from actual date my problem is I am getting pain in my left breast and it had become hard like lumps have formed and both my breast become heavy nearing to my periods which is very much worrying me. Please give me advice.

In daily diet eat only green vegetables and fruits. Avoid milk and it's products sugar and it's products. Do exercise like brisk walking for 20 minutes.
