Hello Lower body exercises and diet will definitely help. Start with exercise like squats and then lunges. Jogging and cycling will help too.

I have regular constipation and hyperacidity occur. No one medicine works on my constipation, if it work , it works for 1 time only, there aftr regular constipation occur. It has been happening since 2 Year.

It could be due to irritable bowel syndrome (ibs-c). Do a colonoscopic examination after consulting gastro enterologist and follow the advice and treatment.

to gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut ,milk and milk products etc 2 Do not take stress, If you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 Quite smoking or any kind of tobacco . 4 Eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule. Hello, Vitamin B12 if taken through natural diet will be proved to be beneficial. Supplements usually do not give proper supply of this particular vitamin. Include low fat dairy products,soy and its products,shellfish,eggs,meat in your diet. If still insufficient,consider taking its shots.

Dear lybrate-user, Fever naturally causes loss of appetite and lethargy. Most likely that only your fever has been supressed by medicines. Its not completely cured. Give some time. Drink only boiled water whenever thirsty. Take boiled soup of muga (green grams) whenever hungry. Don't eat fruits or heavy food till your previous toxins are cleared. Amrutarishta medicine 4 tsf you should take after meals for complete recovery.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.
