Hello Mr. Lybrate-user. Only your hba1c average blood glucose, triglycerides and alp are not in range. Remaining all tests are almost normal and nothing to fear about. You need to start insulin as your hba1c is not in the limit. Actually maintaining 12 years on oral diabetic drugs is appreciative. Average blood sugar is 194 which need to be controlled immediately. It may be the reason for raise in tgl. And you need to test for ggt as your alp has raised. Do some regular exercise like walking, jogging are any game which ever you feel better. And consult a good physician for good diabetic care. Contact if need further assistance.

Shruti (name changed) aged 25 years, BA, homemaker and mother of two kids was a good cook and managed her house to perfection, much to anybody's envy until one day she started experiencing sudden severe headache and backache.
These symptoms made her incapable of carrying out her household duties as efficiently as she used to earlier.
Concerned with her pain & apparent symptoms severity, her husband took her to a general physician who prescribed a battery of tests including MRI Brain only to find no abnormality.
Attending Physician prescribed some multivitamin syrups & pain killer medicines & also tried to assure the family that NOTHING was wrong with Shruti.
However, she continued to complain of body aches and headaches, with resultant chaos on home management front compelling her husband to hire a maid to look after all the work including health of Shruti.

For backache-rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Let a lady doctor look after all other problems.

Our weight should be proportionate to our height. For every given height there is a normal weight range. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 3.. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 4.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 5.Drink 2 litres of water daily and stop taking sugar. 6. Also drink luke warm lemon water in morning.

You can also see if bridge is for missing teeth than you will have space left out if by any chance bridge swallowed. Anyhow if you doubt its swallowed it will get passed in stool. But if you fell any symptom like pain get radiographic examination done.

Firstly just get up and get active. Laziness is all in your head. If you really are looking to lose weight you will do something about it and not justify inactivity saying you are lazy. You are too young to let laziness get in the way of weight loss. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Do medical check ups. The reason could be heredity or food habits or if you are suffering from any disease. Do exercise like yoga, push ups etc and follow these. Eat extra foods than before more frequently. Use whole cream milk. Use more refined foods with unrefined foods. Eat extra protein like fish, egg, meat etc. Add ghee, cream etc with foods. Use healthy fats in cooking extra. No water just before or during meals.
