To agar ghar me acidity ho jaye to kya kren. Ek bhut hi simple nuskha me apko btata hun ki ghar me acidity ka ilaj kiase kia ja skta hai. 1 glass pani len. Usme thoda sa namak milayein or thoda sa baking soda. Baking soda alkaline hota hai, sodium bicarbonate. So, ye jo pate mein acid hota hai, usko turant neutralize kar deta hai. Or acidity se turant rahat phuchata hai. Baking soda ko aap nimbu pani bnane me bhi use kar skte hain. Or vo bhi bhut tasty lgta hai. Baking soda aap apne ghar me jrur rkhen quki iske or bhi bhut sare fayde hain. Jaise ki kbhi apne salad me payaz khaya or uski smell hoti hai. To aap baking soda se gargle kr len, to smell chali jayegi.

Agar kapde saaf nhi ho rhen hain to detergent ke sath me baking soda mila den, kapde saaf ho jate hain. Ghar me bathroom me nal saaf nhi ho rha hai, to baking soda surf me milake, usko ragad den to vo bhi saaf ho jayega. I believe by year 2050 average life expectancy of human beings will be 100 years, because of new technology development. This new technology will not let you die. So, when you know that you are going to live for 100 years how do you going to spend those 100 years. Living a healthy life or staying with a disease. If you want to live a healthy life for those 100 years you have to make some dietary changes. As you know there are three components of diet: fat, protein and carbohydrates. Every component of your body, every cell of your body is made up of fat and protein. This skin is made up of fat and protein, bones are made up of fat and protein, hair is made up of protein. But if you look at the Indian diet, what we eat is mostly grains and carbohydrates. So because of excess amount of carbohydrates in our diet we start gaining weight on the central area because of the excess amount of carbohydrates in the diet we get diabetes, hypertension, PCOD and lot many diseases related with the high amount of carbohydrates intake.so you can avoid excess amount of carbohydrates intake in your diet just by doing few simple things and one the simplest thing which you can do is by changing your AATA because normally the AATA contains 60 to 70% of carbohydrates. And this is the new AATA Brown X high protein low carb AATA. This contain just 25 grams net carbohydrates. What is net carbohydrates? Total carbohydrate minus fiber is net carbohydrate.so net carbohydrate is 25 gram per 100 gram and protein is more than 35 grams per 100 grams. Hath per thande rehte hai, constipation rehti hai, skin dry rehti hai specially ghutne se neeche ki skin zada dry or itchy rehti hai, chai or coffee ki craving zada hoti hai. Wazan aasani se badh to jata hai but kam bohot mushkil se hota hai, aise logo ka metabolism bohot he slow hota hai, and they are the patients of under active Thyroid. Humara thyroid gland humare gale me hota hai or iska kam hai body temperature maintain karna. Agar humara body temperature sahi hai to hmara metabolic engine theek se chalta rehta hai, lekin age temperature low rahega to metabolic engine dheere chalega or metabolism slow hojaega.

Kese pata chalega ki humara thyroid gland theek se kaam kar raha hai ya nahi? Or humara metabolism engine slow hai ya nhi?

Hii, For the weight loss you need to restrict the carbohydrate rich foods in your diet. Take high protein and high fat diet. the carbohydrate intake should be less than 50 grams per day to manage the weight. Include more vegetables and protein rich foods like paneer, soyabean,chicken,eggs and you can have dry fruits also in your diet.You just need to avoid rice, whole pulses and wheat cereals also. Try to take NutroActive Lipoquick Bullet Tablets,Lipolyzer Tummy Tablets, Lipolyzer fat burning oil,Brownxatta low carb atta .

Hi I am 27 years old female. Hypothyroid. Repeatedly I am getting acne only on chin area. Previously wen I was in diet my nutritionists did some test and found 3 mm pcod which went away through medicine. Take high protein and high fat diet. the carbohydrate intake should be less than 50 grams per day to manage the weight. Include more vegetables and protein rich foods like paneer, soyabean,chicken,eggs and you can have dry fruits also in your diet.You just need to avoid rice, whole pulses and wheat cereals also. A stressful life increases the cortisol content in our body, which in turn is responsible for increasing our craving for food. Often these cravings are more inclined towards sweets.
