Wazan aasani se badh to jata hai but kam bohot mushkil se hota hai, aise logo ka metabolism bohot he slow hota hai, and they are the patients of under active Thyroid. Humara thyroid gland humare gale me hota hai or iska kam hai body temperature maintain karna. Agar humara body temperature sahi hai to hmara metabolic engine theek se chalta rehta hai, lekin age temperature low rahega to metabolic engine dheere chalega or metabolism slow hojaega.

Nowadays, for people who want to lose weight, the whole theory of weight loss is built around a lot exercise a lot of hard work and the truth is the secret of weight loss is not heavy exercise but the food you eat, because what you eat will decide how much your weight will be. So for the people those who want to lose weight there are few things which will help you in losing weight.

So when we talk about the right food that means the kind of food you should eat.

number one, food you should eat everyday is raw food. Raw food, uncooked food, unprocessed food they carry their Vitamins, minerals and enzymes along with them. So the digestion and metabolism of these foods are very easy as these foods carry their own digestive enzymes, i.e self digestive enzymes. When they go inside the body they don’t utilize your mechanism much of your minerals and vitamins from your body. They digest themselves. So eating raw food helps in losing weight.

Second most important food is the low carbohydrate food. Carbohydrate means sugar, so food which have high amount of carbohydrate means they have high amount of sugar, and this sugar increases insulin hormone in the body. Higher amount of insulin means high fat gain in the body. So reduce the carbohydrate, reduce the insulin and you will immediately start losing weight. So just focus on your food, not much on exercise, because the secret of weight loss is what you eat not how much you exercise.

We study for 12 to 15 years and we don’t even have a single subject on food. Weight loss and weight gain is associated with the insulin hormone imbalance in the body. Though there are many other hormones linked in this process, insulin hormonal imbalance is one of the main reasons for weight loss or gain. Insulin hormone is stimulated by excess of sugar and carbohydrate intake in the food. Decrease in insulin hormone and the increase of glucagon hormones results in weight reduction. The combination of insulin hormone and glucagon is related to food. Change in food habits promotes weight loss. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. Avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan:- a) breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. B) lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti brownXatta +salad +curd. C) snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea or lemonade. D) dinner - paneer tikka or chicken tikka with green chutney Suggested supplements:- a) microfruit and cytofresh tablets daily after breakfast b) lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner. C) lipolyzer hips and thigh tab after lunch.

Have you ever taken a look at your food and questioned yourself about your nutritional intake? Whether you’re a vegan, pescatarian or non-vegetarian, it is essential that your food provides you with vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Never rely on vitamin supplements alone to give your body the nutrition it needs. Though a few nutrient deficiencies have no symptoms, most can be easily identified. Here are a few tips to help you understand whether your body is getting all the nutrition it requires or not.

  1. Cracks around the lips: Dehydration is not the only cause for cracks around the lips. This could be a sign of vitamin B, zinc or iron deficiency. It could also be a sign of not getting enough protein. To correct this deficiency, increase your intake of poultry products, eggs, cheese and salmon. Vitamin C helps the body absorb iron and hence you should also include fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C in your diet.
  2. Hair loss and brittle nails: Biotin or vitamin B7 is crucial for healthy hair and nails. Hence, if you’re experiencing sudden hair loss and brittle nails, it could be a sign of vitamin B7 deficiency. Egg yolks are a rich source of biotin, but to get the most out of them it is best to eat them raw. However, avoid eating raw egg whites as this can be counterproductive. Other food items rich in biotin are nuts, mushrooms, salmon, cauliflowers and bananas.

  4. Numbness in hands and feet: Numbness and a tingling sensation in your hands and feet could be a sign of vitamin B deficiency. This is often also accompanied by anxiety, depression and tiredness.
