1) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, 2) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Take low calorie n low sodium n high protein food. Walk regularly. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the mrng n go for walk.

Mannan symptoms of Zika are fever, rash, joint pain,conjunctivitis, muscle pain and headache.There is no vaccine to prevent or specific medicine to treat Zika infections. Treat the symptoms by getting plenty of rest.Drink fluids to prevent dehydration. Take medicine such as acetaminophen to relieve fever and pain.Do not take aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.wear full covered clothes. If you are taking medicine for another medical condition,If person having Zika, prevent mosquito bites for the first week of your illness.

To know your Diabetic status over preceeding three months Hba1c is the best guide. Monitor your blood sugar both fasting and PP and Hba1c every three months and consult Diabetologist

Sir my age is 21 years .2 months back I got a fever on that time I checked my blood sugar levels which are randomly 300 mg After 2 months I am checked my FASTING IS 85 MG AND POST MEALS IS 105 MG HB1AC IS 5.0 Is I am diabetic or not I am not taking any medicines also. Please tell me can I use medicine or stop now. Regularly checking levels which are not crossed 90 mg in fasting and post meals is 110 mg please tell me can I live as a normal person or avoid all foods.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The blood glucose levels mentioned fasting 90 mg & PP 110 mg are normal. I am giving the levels which are used to diagnose whether a person is diabetic or otherwise: 1) Normal: Fasting 70 to 100 mg, PP <140 mg HbA1c% <5.9 2) Pre-diabetis: Fasting:101 to 125 mg, PP 141 to 199 mg, HbA1c% 5.9 to 6.4. 3) Diabetes: Fasting 126 mg and above, PP 200 mg and above & HbA1c % 6.6 and above. Considering these facts you seem to be having no problem. There is no diabetes. Hence no reason to worry. Thanks.

Hidden sources include soups, canned foods and drinks (did you know a serving of regular V8 juice has 800 mg of sodium?), salty snacks such as chips and pretzels and many prepackaged foods.

Hi there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea. Suggested supplements microfruit tablet and cytofresh tablets-- daily after breakfast lipolyzer tummy tablet daily--after lunch and dinner.

to increase weight you have to consume more calorie then your requirement. As per your age and activity your ideal calorie consumption should be 2320kcal.to increase weight you have to consume more calorie than 2320.you need a proper dietary guideline and diet schedule. How to increase weight 6 ft weight 55 in morning I take 15 almonds with two banana's and also take 2 boil egg. In week 4 days I take cheese and juice. I avoid junk food and soft drinks. Also do running and exercise.

Hi You are doing good job wait for few days you'll get good results. Prefer to eat protein and carbohydrates rich foods. You should do Yoga specially kapalbhati which regulate your metabolism and appetite which helps to improve your weight. Good luck.
