Hi lybrate-user A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

I am a girl my age is 18 I want to gain more weight I am very thin I want to be fat what should I do to be fat.
Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Your blood sugar levels are still high. You should get hba1c tested which will reflect the average of the last three months. Moreover you have not mentioned what anti diabetic drugs you are taking. You should also get your other blood investigations and blood pressure etc checked up. Your eye examination is also required so that your basic medical details are also available to check the status of treatment and progression of the disease. You should consult your family physician for better understanding of the disease and treatment without undue delay.

For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Go for exercise.

Keep your sugar under control. For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Avoid bakery products. Avoid too much rice and potato. Avoid fried stuff. Avoid chocolate, cakes, ice cream, soft drinks and fruit juices. Eat lots of vegetables. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week. Fungal infection are common in diabetic. You may require antifungal treatment if its a fungal infection.

Yes he can take sugar free.. Avoid all fruits except guava,jamun,mausami,oranges etc..these he can take in plenty Ask him to exercise daily for 30 min minimum and drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid fast foods and too much of ghee in diet

There are some commonest misconceptions about infertility and these misconceptions should be eliminated as soon as possible so that the actual facts can be known. There are many online sites where you can find detailed information on the scientific explanations regarding infertility and you can follow them.

List of myths and facts regarding infertility:

1. Myth: The menstrual cycle of a woman is for 28 days.
Fact: Normal cycle ranges between 21 to 36 days.

2. Myth: A woman can have pregnancy on the day one of menstrual cycle.
Fact: The released eggs remain viable for almost 12-14 hours and a woman can get pregnant after an intercourse done two days after ovulation and five days before ovulation.

3. Myth: Infertility occurs due to stress.
Fact: Ovulation can surely get delayed due to hormone suppression, but infertility does not occur due to stress.

4. Myth: Sperms stay active for few hours.
Fact: Sperms stay alive at least for five days.

5. Myth: Men with a higher sexual drive will have a normal sperm count.
Fact: There is no relation in between fertility and virility. Sometimes, it has been found that men having a higher sex drive do not produce sperms.

6. Myth: Women have to wait for three months to conceive after stopping the usage of contraceptive pills.
Fact: As soon as a woman stops pill usage, hormonal levels go back to normal condition, as a result of which ovulation begins immediately.

7. Myth: Only females have infertility troubles.
Fact: Both women and men suffer from infertility troubles as per the current scientific studies.

8. Myth: Ovulation occurs in a woman on the 14th day of menstrual cycle.
Fact: Ovulation can be calculated by counting 14 days backwards from the past menstrual cycle's last day.

9. Myth: Daily sex can increase conceiving chances.
Fact: During ovulation, having sex each day, especially in between 12 to 16th day of the cycle can be the best timing.

10. Myth: Fertility troubles occur at 35.
Fact: Peak fertility timing in a woman's life is 20 and this might continue until late 30s. Fertility troubles might even arrive at a younger age. With age, conception chances get declined, especially after 35.

The choice is yours. To see clearly, you either need to wear glasses or contact lenses or undergo a very safe refractive surgery- commonly LASIK. Or you live with blurred vision. Healthy diet and exercise helps maintain healthy body and eyes. Will improve efficiency of eye muscles but not correct the entire refractive error. Else none of us would be wearing glasses.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

According to yours height is ideal weight is 54to58 kg you are 17kg excess weight reduce your weight in early morning take green tea on breakfast take oats or delia in midmorning take fruits juice in lunch take salad before lunch n vegetables roti, curd or dal on evening take green tea with roasted channa in night take dalia or rava idli with chutney.

HI, Ensure the diet includes small frequent meals every 2-3 hrs to keep sugar levels in control. Include high fiber foods such as salads (can be cooked a little if cannot eat raw), 1 fruit a day preferably in the morning time, oats, museli, brown rice, jowar, bajra and the likes. Avoid any kind of processed foods, sweets, biscuits, etc. Ensure 15-20 mins sunlight exposure daily and a B-complex vitamin post breakfast

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hye. Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye. Khana band karne se aur khaana kum kar dene se wajan ulta badhta hai. Ek waqt pe kam khaye. Thoda thoda samay samay pe khana le. Khane se pehle ek glass garam limboo ka pani le. Bahar ki khane ki cheze band kar de. Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal le. Sahi samay pe sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan kabhi nahi badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 4 din kare. Diet ke naam pe ghee, tel, roti, fal chod doge tho kamjor hoge lekin charbi kam nahi hogi.
