Have a higher protein, low fat diet and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only to start with. Combine diet with regular 45 mins walk or exercise. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Have small and frequent meals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. It would be better for you to substitute your coffee with green tea as it has natural antioxidants as well as will help in reducing your appetite. • Consume two or three cups of green tea every day to burn fat and calories in your body and to improve your metabolism. • The caffeine in the green tea helps in proper functioning of the heart and also reduces bad cholesterol in your body.

You do not have diabetes and your sugar levels are fine. For weight gain you must do following things: 1). Do 30 mins body weight exercises daily 2). Eat energy dense foods like milk, butter, ghee etc. 3). Eat 3-4 bananas daily. 4). Eat protein rich foods like pulses & sprouts. All the best.
