Work out is the only option in both cases. 40 minutes of daily work out is recommended. In food, take lots of proteins - pulses, sprouts, milk, cheese, eggs and soya. A combination of ground nut powder and jaggery - 4 tsps each, taken daily after work out helps in weight gain too.

Keep ice which will reduce the inflammation and that will there by reduce the pain Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent pain in the whole body especially in the waist. Once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles. It is also due to vacuum created in the joints as once the body lacks oxygen automatically the body becomes arid and that is one reason to get frequent pain the body ie. More prone to get pain the waist. The hip muscles become tired thereby straining in a day with any physical activity might lead to waist / hip pain. And also wear MCR chappals which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the hip while standing.

I have a doubt that during sleeping should ladies wear bra or not. Give us guidance regarding this.
Hello, liberate user, wearing off a bra in the night helps to regulate blood circulation to breast to make it enshape & healthy. Wearing bra in the night might cause fungal infection resulting in itching problem. Without bra you will be more comfortable to breath in the night. So, it would be proper to take off bra in the night while sleeping. Tk, care.

Dear,People who are underweight and do not have fat deposits on their body may not be getting enough calories to fuel their body. This could have a direct impact on all of their organs and may eventually lead to a variety of health problems. There are ways to get into the shape we desire and to gain weight fast. This would require understanding the reason for low weight and maintaining a diet for weight gain. In weight loss, the simple formula is to burn more calories than you consume, but to gain weight you have to also find out if there is something in your body that is preventing you from getting to the weight that you desire. Plzz tell me how I gain weight can you tell me the gainer which is good for health and have no side effect.
Hi, Gradual weight gain is always advisable and an increase in 500 kcal per day can result in a 0.5 kg per week increase in one’s body weight. For healthy weight gain, you need to add more muscle rather than fat to your frame and that can only come from wholesome foods. Keep the following basic principles in mind if you wish to gain weight in a healthy way: • Increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day. • Carbs are needed to gain weight but include healthier options like banana, potato, mango, whole grains, rice, etc. instead of sugar-rich foods, chocolates, and other junk foods. • In order to increase your muscle mass, it is essential to do weight training 4-5 times a week for an hour. Consume protein-rich foods after you workout to increase muscle mass and eat good fats like nuts and seeds in your diet. • DIET CHART: • Breakfast: 10 almonds,Banana milkshake,Cheese grilled sandwich in multigrain bread or stuffed parantha. • Midmorning: Fruit ,Glass of sweet lassi. • Lunch: 3 chapatis,Dal ,Mixed vegetable containing potatoes,Paneer or Non-veg (Chicken),Curd,Fruit. • Glass of Milk with bournvita or Whey protein and vegetable sandwich • Dinner: Same as lunch .Add a dessert like fruit custard or Kheer. • Try Homoeopathic appetite stimulant Alfa-Alfa Tonic: ( Take 1 tsp before lunch and 1 tsp before dinner).
