Do medical check ups.Eat more often with extra amount of food.Don't skip meals.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Take whole cream milk.Eat Banana 4-5 pcs/day.Lots of dense fruits,vegetables.Take unrefined foods with extra refined foods.Take more protein to gain weight.Add Extra healthy oil in cooking.Add ghee,butter,cream with foods.Add cream with tea/coffee.No smoking,alcohol.No water just before or during meals.Do exercise like weight lifting and other muscle building exercise to gain weight.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Main cause for diabetes is the insulin deficiency, plus insulin resistance. In addition family history of diabetes, being overweight and inactivity. Diabetes can only be well controlled with appropriate treatment. There are many oral anti-diabetic drugs plus there is insulin. Depending upon the need of the patients drugs are decided. Along with drugs, one has to take a restricted diet and also exercise regularly for over 1 hour every day. That helps in controlling blood glucose. There is no cure. Treatment is for lifetime. Thanks.

Just avoid heavy food but in many parts, bowels has to clear, no junk food, no soft drink and you can use yogi bioslim and slim fast as a food supplementary which will help you to reduce your tummy.

Hello, lemon juice is a source of vitamin c that is very good antioxidant and excess vit. C is excreted in urine so cause no harm to us but in patient with acidity it can increase so better to avoid lemon in person who has acidity.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

I've started drinking milk before 4-5 yrs. But now I am experiencing certain health changes. Feeling acidic, gained weight, feeling full, not getting my bowels cleared. What should I do? Hello, It may be due to allergy to milk protein Kindly note some Calcium rich foods 1. Cheese 2. Yogurt 3. Milk 6. Fortified cereals such as Total, Raisin Bran, Corn Flakes (They have a lot of calcium in one serving.) 5. Dark leafy greens like spinach, kale, turnips, and collard greens 7. Fortified orange juice 8. Soybeans 9. Fortified soy milk (Not all soy milk is a good source of calcium, so it's best to check the label.) 10. Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.
