Hye. Thankyou for the query. There is no single food or tonic that helps in isolation. Each natural food when taken at the right time and right amount as needed by the body will help. Banking on a particular food to single handedly work to manage all the toxins in the body is not right. Keep your basic diet and lifestyle healthy and then try to include certain foods at the right time and amount if needed.

Hi, I want to know if laparoscopic surgery is a safe option to reduce weight and get in shape.
Before doing surgery please follow this. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

I have undergone hystertocomy (uterus removal). Two years back. I am now 47 yrs. Problem is I am diabetic from 15 yrs. Taking also thyronorm 100 mcg. Suffering from severe backache and loss of hair. Pls advise me.

Take alma and bhringaraj juice each 4tsf bdac for three months .almond oil 10 drops take after meal with one cup milk. Use reetha shampoo and dammage control conditioner twice in a wk.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Take deworming tablets every six month.  Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

Hello. Eat high carbs and calories in diet. Take full cream and milk products. Take soya products and also soya milk. Eat nuts daily because it rich in omega 3 and healthy fat. Take protein shakes daily. Protein powder is easily available in market. Take it twice a day. Take avocados, banana, cheese, white rice, potato, sweet potato, dark chocolate, peanut butter, soyabean etc. Non veg is also good. Eat eggs daily. Meat and fish two to three times a week. Take homoeopathic tonic:- alfa alfa malt (2 spoons twice a day). Take it one hr before meal. For any other help keep in touch.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Hi, you don't need to take double dosage, you can finish your endura mass, the continue with whey protein.

Will vitamin D save my life? Should I really be taking four times the recommended daily dose?

Excess vitamin d will have toxicity. Normal daily requirement is 400-600 units. Exceedimg the limits by four times will not be safe as you may land ip with kidney stones. Chronic constipation etc and this is not categorised in the list of life saving drugs. This is an essential vitamin which is needed for proper absorption if calcium. Again an essential mineral. Daily exposure to sunlight is enough to produce sufficient amount of this vitamin daily. Even if you don't take it through medicinal preparations your skin will have mechanism to produce it on direct exposure to sun.

Hello, They are, more of well marketed products, rather following a natural diet will give you better results and will prove to be inexpensive. No single food item can function alone, there is, no magic to weight loss.
