Hello, I am getting a waist pain when I wake up at morning, can you please give me the solution for this.

Use a firm metress on your hard bed. Support your back d waist area with a folded soft bed sheet under it. While getting up in d morning turn on d side and getup. Sit straight support your back with small soft cushion avoid forward bending. Go to a physiotherapist to learn back strenthenig exs and do those.

I had an ACL hamstring graft reconstruction a month ago. And still can't walk with full balance and limp while walking. Is my graft loose? Am I having some issue with the reconstruction please help me.

Sir i am 19 years old i am suffering from backbone pain since two months. I consulted orthopaedic and my reports are normal. I used the medicines given by the doctor but there is no result. I consulted one more ortho doctor he also said that there is no problem .but my pain is not going what should I do. I am also getting upper back pain. Please answer me.

You may be having bad posture always sit straight, avoid forward bending learn back strengthening exercises from physiotherapist and do it regularly take more milk and cured in your diet and more protein in your diet.
