I have noticed in past 2 years that my hairs are turning white day by day. Is there any solution for that problem?

I have noticed in past 2 years that my hairs are turning white day by day.
Is there any solution for that problem?
Hello, these are the causes of premature graying hair includes-" a hormonal imbalance, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. At times, a few gray hairs can develop in children as young as 8 years and then it is generally progressive with increasing age" *first of all you should correct our diet because what we are eating, that is reflecting on our body, so we should take foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Eat these following foods; like mushrooms, corns, green leafy vegetables, almonds etc. Avoid too much oily foods. Drink adequate water. Our homoeopathy also helps to reduce and prevent the hair fall. 1. You should take lycopodium 200, 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. 2. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, once a day. 3. Apply jaborandi hair oil (sbl) on your hair and scalp thrice in a week. 4. Wash the hair with montana herbal shampoo (sbl). 5. Take amla powder +seasame seed powder, 1-1 tsp both with water once daily.

It depends on how the baby is developing. There is nothing to worry about. Some babies take years to grow hair and others are born with head full of hair. Just take proper care as you are already doing.

A high uric acid level can be caused when your body either produces too much uric acid or your kidneys don't eliminate uric acid rapidly enough. A high uric acid level may cause increasingly frequent attacks of gout, or it may never cause problems. A high uric acid level may also cause some people to develop kidney stones or kidney failure. And some people with a high uric acid level also develop high blood pressure, heart disease or chronic kidney disease, but it's often unclear whether this is a direct cause or merely an early warning sign of these conditions. Factors that may cause a high uric acid level in your blood include: Diuretic medications (water pills),Drinking too much alcohol,Genetics (inherited tendencies),hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid),Immune-suppressing drugs,Niacin, or vitamin B-3, obesity, psoriasis, Purine-rich diet — organ meat, game meat, anchovies, herring, gravy, dried beans, driedpeas, mushrooms and other foods Renal insufficiency — inability of the kidneys to filter waste Tumor lysis syndrome — a rapid release of cells into the blood caused by certain cancers or by chemotherapy for those cancers,Also, you may be monitored for high uric acid levels when undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment for cancer. Avoid protein diets, avoid more milk products. bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain, oats, green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day. Tab. Ulracet sos for pain in joints.

Hi development of beard depends on the hereditary factors and medicines have less role in this condition. Still you can try applying minoxidil 5 percent lotion on the affected areas twice daily. The dose is 1 ml twice daily and continue this for atleast 3 months to notice significant improvement. Besides this take tablet keraglo men 1 tablet daily for 3 months. Regards.

Mr. Lybrate user, yes, that advise is good to fllow, you need to practce pranayama daily twice[morning night]. There are types of pranayamas, like anuloma, & viloma. Its better to take any yoga therapist/instructor/s help,& also, you better to do few asanas, atleast practicing suryanamaskaras daily minimum 4-5 times also will give good results. Take care. Try to take water atleast 3-4 litres. Irrespective of thirst, daily. Taking 1/2litres [or 1 litre}in morning itself is good cleanser for body.

I am feeling dryness on whole body skin including hair. What can be the reason for this and what should I do for this. Thanks.

I think your reason for dry skin is that you are not consuming plenty of water on regular basis. Avoid taking junk food and start the below given homoeopathic medicine, you will be better in 2-3 months: natrum mur. 6x (dr reckeweg's) chew 4 tab./ 3 times daily for 2 months and report thereafter.

Sever body pains and putting on weight. Kindly advise me can i go for body massage to reduce my weight and body pains. Which type of treatment I should go and how many sittings per month ?

BPTh/BPT, weight management specialist, Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education (DNHE)

Would be nice if you could tell me your height/weight/age ? accordingly i can tell you how much weight you should loose and how...body massage will not help you in loosing weight..there has to be a combination of balance diet plus exercise to reduce weight gradually so that it is permanent.
