Hello lybrate user, back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.

You may take rhus tox. 30 thrice a day for two days and apply mustard oil mixed with camphor and do massageof your wrist. Also you should take mag. Phos 12 x four time a day with water for two days.

Hello, there are many causes behind backache *any strain or sprain in the muscles or ligaments of the back during lifting of heavy objects is the main cause of the lower back pain. *sitting in the wrong posture for a very long time is another cause. *pain in lower back is common in women during menstrual period and when they suffer from leucorrhoea *people suffering from constipation may also suffer from lower back pain. *sometimes sleeping on wrong type of beds can also cause pain in the back. Follow the tips *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

35 year mail, 2 weeks back had chikungunya fever. Every joint in the body which had miner injuries is paining like hel. DOCTOR proscribed medicines but if you are taking them you are fine but as soon as you stop talking those medicine pain start again. DO it had permanent treatment?

Take proper Bed rest, increase liquid diet,light food like khichadi,rice,jawar roti, eat fresh fruits, warm water for drinking, avoid travelling in sunlight, Prevent mosquito bite as it is the only causative factor of chikungunya, keep your home area clean & dry, use mosquito net, apply mosquito repellent cream on your body, take healthy food, avoid oily,spicy ,fast,bakery foods, outside food,chilled water,preserved food,canned food avoid excessive salt intake,excessive tea,coffee,cold drinks, take some ayurvedic medicines for complete releif

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply hot packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.
