Do some yoga, do some stretching, do some walking or jogging, with this you need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure your problem.

I suffered from a dislocation of the carpals of the thumb, about 3 years back. It hasn't caused much problems since, but recently, due to a minor accident, it is aching a lot combined with a tingling effect everytime I bend it. What should I do?

Requires detail examination and investigation Anyway you may try- do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Sacralization of l5 vertebrae is x ray finding and can be seen in many people. Si joint pains are also different from lower back pain although both can happen in same patient. I will actually need: 1) a detailed neurological (motor, sensory, deep tendon reflexes) charting done by a trained physical therapist 2) your mri images and reports in an attachment this will help us in determining the cause of your weakness and maybe pain. Also please get esr, crp, serum vitamin d tests empty stomach and send all reports across to me. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

My wife has blood sugar Fasting 130 Pp 150 Now when she walk abouts 500 meters. She feeling pain in left arm What is problem Kya ye enjiana ka pain he?

My wife has blood sugar Fasting 130
Pp 150 Now when she walk abouts 500 meters. She feeling pain in left arm
What is ...
Hi, looking at the details mentioned her sugar levels look good. In fact fasting should come down to about 100 mg. Walking 500 mts is as good as doing nothing. She is already over weight with a bmi of 25.44 kg / m2 (normal <23 kg/m2). Her ideal body weight should be 45 kgs. So weight reduction is a necessity. Anginal pain usually comes on exertion. If you have any doubt get an ecg done to see if there is any problem or a stress test (tmt). But as regards diabetes control she needs to increase her walking to at least 45 minutes plus.
