Dear Kiran, go for Ayurveda's Panchkarma Therapy - We have many option for u - Kati Basti (Specialised Panchakarma procedure for Backpains), Localised Massgae with Herbal oils, Localised Medicated Steam, Pottali Massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax ur back muscles and give strength to ur nerves and muscles of back. also start some Yogic exercises - Tadasana, Dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal and knee exercises from Physiotherapist. 3. Don't sit on floor 4. Don't lift heavy things 5. Don't do forward bending. 6. Do hot fermentation twice a day. 7. Apply volini cream before sleeping 8. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

First and foremost is to treat neuropathy by methycobalamine injection weekly one for 2-3 months and other vitamins as supplement. Then next to treat your prediabetic part by lifestyle modification by taking proper diet + exercises/physical activity. In Diet avoid binge eating, breat the food taking habit to decrease calorie intake. Take food 4 times daily but calorie intake should be low. Physical activity should be for an hour two times daily. Follow food pyramid.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

For sinusitis start tab.Montair-L daily at bed time, duonase nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day, steam inhalation for 2 weeks and after that get CT scan done to find out any pathology.For gastritis tab.Pantop 40 mg daily empty stomach and syp divol-LA 2 tea spoon full after meals for 2 weeks.Avoid hot and spicy food.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

This may be either frozen shoulder or cervical radiculopathy. Do neck and shoulder excercises avoid forward bending of neck. Use thin pillows. Otherwise contact me privately with all reports.

No need of xray if sprain is there. Use creape bandages. Take hot fermentation. Take physiotherapy treatment too.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Take cinammon powder one spoon with honey in the empty stomach in the morning for 10 days. Do not take coffee" take green tea in evening. Consult after 10 days.

This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated.

Hello lybrate-user, From what symptoms you are showing, I think you have strained your back while doing certain exercises in incorrect form at gym. You need to rest your back for few days, so no gym for sometime till the pain settles. Also, I would suggest you to see a Physiotherapist/ Orthopedic Doctor. Till then: 1. Keep icing your back 10 mins/ 3-4 times a day 2. No gym exercises 3. No lifting weights 4. No bending over 5. If you have to travel for long hours in car, take a break every 20 mins and take a small walk 6. Similarly at work place/college, if its lot of sitting, get up every 20 mins and take a small walk For further questions feel free to post THANK YOU Dr.
