Hi I have a problem of ibs doctor says that I do get blood on my stools and also I did sonography but it says I have mesenteric lymph nodes I don't no what is that I fell itching on my left side stomach also and fell problem of bowel evacuation.

Firstly, it may or may not be a consequence of the hernia surgery. Secondly since it is asymptomatic for 6 years, it can be left alone. No problems getting an ultrasonography done.
