The physiology of human being is designed by nature to follow the day/night cycle of nature called 'Circadian Rhythm' Any violation of this rhythm causes conflict of interest, leading to invisible stress in the body & mind - and all Life-Style diseases: Anxiety-Stress-Depression-Insomnia; various Psychosomatic Diseases, Chronic Fatigue, Poor Immunity, Diabetes, Hypertension-Heart Disease, Premature Aging, and even Cancer, etc. It affects someone like you early, but every one sooner or later, and is the growing cause of morbidity in spite of all economic progress and world class medical facilities in our country. You must, as a first step, follow healthy lifestyle including regular exercise & balanced nutrition. In the meantime plan a job with regular working hours.

Good morning sir. Sir, how will control the breathing problems? Like asthma, Will completely control solution's. Can you please say me sir.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, bronchitis/ asthma can be treated well with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for sometime. Keep taking your already on going medication, reduce it gradually and slowly once homoeopathic starts acting. Take bakson's astha-aid drops/ 10-15 drops in 1/2 cup water/ thrice d day for 1 month. Report me back after a month.

Taking 3 drugs only? Not on ethambutol? Taking all the drugs together has better efficacy than as individual. Take all of them empty stomach.

Please suggest Black mucus coming from the cough. I am tensed. Doctor just suggested to do warm water gargle. But I am worried about that. Even I stopped smoking from last 4 to 5 days.

DM, MD General Medicine , M.B.B.S
Pulmonologist, Gurgaon
Hi lybrate-user, black mucus with cough is a common symptom in smoker, however it needs to be distinguished from clots and some more detailed history. Like quantity, odour, presence of any fresh blood, past history of TB. And how many cigarettes do you smoke.
