Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. U can also use a natural face pack of orange, honey and curd for fifteen minutes once a week and wash it off. This vil decrease the oil, whiten and moisturise ur skin.

Local application of coconut oil or mustard oil or some soothing and calming lotion may provide relief in itching. Neem is one among the best blood purifier and detoxifier known to ayurveda. It enhances immune system and neem oil is an antiseptic in itself. Leaf extracts are used in antiseptics and can be effectively used in treating skin diseases. It destroys fungus and bacteria and is best for almost all kinds of skin diseases including redness of skin and itching.

Hi, melasma is often associated with the female hormones estrogen and progesterone. It is especially common in pregnant women, women who are taking oral contraceptives pills, and women taking hormone replacement therapy during menopause. It is thought that estrogen contributes to its development in predisposed persons, but estrogen is not essential to the development of melasma, however, as men may also be affected. Sun exposure is also a strong risk factor for melasma. It is particularly common in tropical climates. Melasma develops due to a combination of genetic, hormonal and sun related factors. Deficiency of folic acid during pregnancy can also lead to development of melasma. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - sepia 30/ 3 times a day daily for 3 months initially. Revert. (not to be taken if you have conceived or else planning a child).

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Chicken pox marks can easily be controlled by implementing below given methods in your life style.Being a homoeopath I will suggest you a cream alongwith which will help you along with this natural applicators. • Tomato and Lemon Juice. These fruits have natural bleaching properties which greatly reduce and whitens black spot marks. To use, simply apply a small amount using a cotton applicator (Q-tip). Apply the juices on the dark spots only and avoid touching the surrounding skin especially if you have a darker complexion. You don't want to bleach the surrounding skin..

I want to remove my tattoo i.e my name which was written on my fore arm please suggest me something.
Hello. Definitely it can be removed. However the mode of removal has to be decided on the size, position and the depth of the tattoo, for which I would like you to get it examined first. It can be removed by either, Excision or laser therapy etc, all which has their own pros and cons. These you can discuss accordingly.
