You just need to work on the flexibility of your leg muscles and strengthening of core, glutes and thigh muscles. Also cold packs after your game.
Use cold pack for the area where it is hurting you for 10 minutes atleast 3-4 times a day. If it doesnot get better, then do not ignore it. Consult a physician or physio for proper assessment and treatment.
For now, for your neck pain, use cold packs for 10-15 minutes 3-4 times a day and stretch your trapezius muscle. Your pain will get better. You must ensure that your posture is correct, specially your neck and lower back (should not be too much ar...
You could just be having acute muscle spasm of your Erector spinae, Quadratus lumborum and piriformis muscles. Try using cold pack in painful area, stretch the above mentioned muscles. If it doesnot help, see a physician or a physio.
