Below I am mentioning my case please go through it
I had a lateral malleolus fracture in my left feet.
I had plaster for 4 weeks plus bed rest. After that also I had rested for 2 more weeks.
The duration on plaster was 29 apr 17 to last date of may. After 6 weeks of rest I had started going to office. At first two months I felt very much problem in my knee muscle which unable me toh walk properly. I had visited doctor said the pain will come and go. But the whole recovery will take 3-4 months. I am 85 kgs.
Now I am walking great but when my injured feet got tired it signal me through little tired pain. I can travel upstairs easily but unable toh walk down. What can I do to heel the pain? What exercises can I do without putting much stress in my that feet. Please help me.
