I am 40 year old and having problem like this, 03/04 year back a got shoulder both side pain. Slowly it starts back, and now both legs also. Feeling pain inside the legs, if pressing any point on the leg feeling the pain. 16 years back I have scengerian for baby birth. When ever I take paracetamol medicine I feel little comfortable for some time. I am taking ayurveda medicine also.

My wife is suffering from acute pain in the tail bone when she tries to get up after sitting for sometime.What can be the cause and the remedy? She is 61.

Did she have a fall if so it could be coccxydynia try the following 1. Apply diclofenac gell and after 20 minutes prepare hot water in a tub expose the affected area and sit in it for 20 mins (sits bath) 2. Get a doughnut pillow and use it for sitting 3.If there is no improvement counsult physio and apply ultrasound therapy

My father currently aged 70 years who has had a stoke few years back and over the last three months is not able to walk. Physiotherapy is being done at home but with very little improvement. I am observing symptoms of parkinson as studied from Internet. Apart from exercise is there anything else I can do for my father, like any Medicine.

Knee pain in right leg since about a month. In any position, becomes stiff in about 20 minutes. Pain. Difficulty in movement. Totally avoiding squating. No habit of taking pain killers. What do u suggest.

U can do stretching exercises of calf muscle and dorsiflexors to avoid stiffness. Avoid cross leg sitting,weight bearing and stair climbing. Give hot formentation followed by analgesic cream massage.

Get your xray cervical spine done. It is most likely the stiffness of neck muscles. Do hot fomentation. It ll help.

I face acidity problem every day and also found pain in ankle and knee of my left leg.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Doc pls pls help me my dad had a severe pain in right hand nearer to shoulder so after consult our doc we came to know its a single block in heart so we took medicine for that issue for past 4 months. But still he had severe pain in hand in xray doc told us there is a shadowy area in right hand. Our doc he is a radiologist told us its a calcium deficiency so now my dad taking calcium tablets also. He still had the pain. I am really afraid about this. Will it be a any serious disease like cancer? Pls clear my doubt. He is also afraid about this. Pls someone help me.

Its is not cancer. Firstly I request you to consult and take one secound opinion with any orthopaedic. As if you taking medicine for heart related problem pain should not b there now. And as pain is still there take all repoets and consult orthopaedic Dr. as he will tellu the reason. And tell your father stress is not good. Do yoga.

Hello sir , I am Naveen and I am 26 years old , unmarried male . While in school days I used to play football very much . But now I feet uncomfortable to sit in a chair for a longer time . Went for check up and took x ray was noticed that my tail bone has been injured . Since now for more then 3 years I am suffering back pain and not able to lie and sit in a chair properly for more then a hour . So what should I do now for getting permanent cure .

Sir you damaged your spinal muscle by playing football where unknowingly you used your spine muscle rather than let or glutes muscle. They have not engough power to sustain for long time. You have right leg muscle. Go through physical examination by physiotherapist near to you. He /she will make you. Painless and comfortable with right guideline.

I have a desk job that is 12 hours work in front of PC and in last 6 months I've got back pain. Can you help me find a solution with it.

Avoid sitting for long hours! take breaks in between. Do sit straight. Move your chair close to desk so that you can sit straight. Drink lots of water. Apply ice on affected area 2/3 times in a day! avoid bending and lifting heavy weights. Do extension exercises.
